The Space:

🌴 Relaxing Outdoor Space for the Whole Family

Kick off your flip‑flops and settle onto the covered porch — the perfect spot for morning pancakes, afternoon snacks, or winding down after a big day of splashing and exploring. The relaxed seating makes it easy for everyone to settle into vacation mode.



🚗 Parking & Security Details

-Vehicle passes are required and purchased directly through Ocean Lakes. (You will be contacted via email shortly after booking)

-$15/day per vehicle, or $12/day if purchased 2+ weeks before arrival.

-Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. Larger trucks/SUVs may be tight — feel free to ask us about your vehicle.

-Parking is extremely narrow, an oversized vehicle and another vehicle will not properly fit in front of the property.

-Two outdoor security cameras monitor the parking area and storage shed for guest safety.

-Water Park is seasonal, typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day

*Please note only 2 vehicles allowed per stay.



All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.



Security Deposit options (only 1 can be chosen):



1. optional $45.00 non-refundable damage waiver



2. $500.00 authorization, released 3-5 business days after checkout



Locals are not permitted to stay per resort policy



Must be 21 years or older to stay and book, no exceptions
