Welcome to our beautifully designed, brand-new waterfront cabin, thoughtfully built in 2025 to offer comfort, style, and unforgettable views. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be captivated by the stunning water views that surround the home, creating a serene and truly relaxing escape.

The space
This light-filled, modern cabin features expansive windows and gorgeous waterfront views from every main living space. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic, the home offers a peaceful setting where you can fully unwind and enjoy the sounds of nature.

The cabin comfortably accommodates your stay with two inviting bedrooms and two full bathrooms, plus a cozy living room with a pull-out sofa for additional guests. The open-concept living and dining areas flow seamlessly into a well-stocked kitchen, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together, whether it’s a casual breakfast or a relaxing dinner overlooking the water.

The primary bedroom is a tranquil retreat, featuring a comfortable queen bed, a dedicated workspace with desk and chair, a walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom and bathroom are equally well-appointed, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

Step outside onto the spacious waterfront deck and take in breathtaking sunsets and peaceful water views. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee, enjoying an evening by the propane fire pit, or grilling dinner on the gas grill (propane provided), the deck is the perfect place to relax and make lasting memories.

Our community pool is available seasonally (beginning in late May), to registered guests only. $3 per person & they require you to fill out a form to enter. No unaccompanied minors. Please inquire for further details.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home during their stay. At this time, there is no direct access to the beach from the home, but there are multiple beach access points in the neighborhood and surrounding areas.

Other things to note
This is a new construction home. The front and back yards are unfenced and are not yet landscaped.

The living room sofa pulls out into a queen size bed. Please determine if this will work for your group of 5-6 guests.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only, and you must collect and dispose of all items in a safe manner. We do not provide ashtrays.
