Renovation of this historic Main Street property will have you staying in a modern 2-bedroom, one-bath condo. Building located minutes from downtown Sheridan. Guests can enjoy the proximity to nearby eateries and entertainment. Local favorites including The Rib and Chop Steakhouse, No Name Bar, Powder River Pizza, El Tapatio Dos, Wyo Thai Food Takeout, and the Silver Spur, all within walking distance. * 1100 sq. ft private and quiet space. No shared walls with other units.

* Community bus stop.

* Off street parking. Space available for larger vehicles (RV's, horse trailers, etc.) please message when booking.

* Access to on-site 24 hr. Gym. Tanning available by appointment.

* Furnished kitchen with gas range (pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, bowls, coffee maker (single/full pot), toaster, etc. Varieties of hot beverages are available.

* Queen beds contain a Twin XL trundle.
