When we first got pack to the main island from Culebra we have been having a good vacation couldn’t wait to rest the moment we went in it felt like home the rooms the stuff they had for the beach was great I love this place when we comeback we intended to stay with them again but at there other property just for the view and on how amazing they handle the people that stayed there

Great vacation!

Once I booked my vacation at the condo, the owner was prompt and provided every detail. The property manager Lola met us at the condo to welcome us and made sure we were comfortable. The place had everything we needed with beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys for the kids.The pool was was very nice and the water was warm. The balcony was spacious for a group of six and equipped with a grill. It was definitely was a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Perfect location and amazing service.

The apartment is well laid out and very clean. Perfect for a family with children. Amazing view of the pool from the terrace, and very quiet community. Very easy access to the deserted beach. Amazing location! The owner and apartment manager are very friendly and always available to help if needed. I will return for sure. Looking forward to seeing you again Carlos and Lola. Thank you for a great vacation.

Fit what we wanted

Except for no sheet or blanket for the trundle bed and no water pressure in the shower especially if we tried to use both at the same time this place was great. We were looking for a place that would be quiet, not too busy with small children but had a great beach and this fit the bill. The place was clean and everyone was very helpful and the beach and ocean was phenomenal.

Dear Christina, I am very happy you had a great time at the property. I do have to apologize for the sheet on the trundle bed but you never informed us that the sheet or the blanket was missing. Regarding the water pressure at the time you stayed the whole area and sorroundings was was having problems with water pressure. Malibu Beach is it quiet area and a place to relax. Beautiful Location!

My family and I went on vacation to PR for the first time. Loved the location. Better than staying in one of those tourist spots. Beautiful view perfect price, felt like i was at home. Accommodated our family of 6 perfectly. All of the amenities you could want along with extras. The owner provided a list of great recommendations for things to do, places to visit and awesome local food. We will definitely be back!! Loved It! We will Be Back!

We were met by Josu. He was extremely pleasant, helpful, and accommodating! We purposely stayed a little further away from the tourist spots. Unit was very clean and exactly how it was described. We loved that we could see the pool from the balcony! When we return we will definitely look to rent this condo again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!!

Great Family Vacation!!

We stayed at Carlos properties at Malibu Beach Front. The properties are just as described or better they look exactly shown on the video and pictures. Yanira (Carlos) property manager took us to the grocery store and our way from the airport to the condo. Yanira and Carlos were very helpful with restaurant suggestions and things to do. The Beach Front Penthouse and the Ocean View property has plenty of space for everyone and all of the amenities you could need condo was great and very roomy. It was an enjoyable stay!

We felt at home

Carlos was very accommodating when we had to change the dates on our reservations. The property was very clean and inviting inside and out. It was very quiet in the evenings . we enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony. Shopping, dining and the beaches are all less than a 15 minute drive away, but the property has a beautiful beach within walking distance...your back yard. we can't wait to go back. Awesome condo with a great beach!

The condo has everything you need for your stay. Very comfortable place with an awesome sunset view. The beach is 40 yards away and it is a great beach! We hadnt expected this beach to be so nice and so close. We checked out other popular beaches but this one was the best. Most of all, Carlos was really helpful during our booking. He helped us arrange a donation to a local sports team that we wanted to do during our visit-that was above and beyond normal customer service! This is a very good choice for your puerto rican holiday! We would highly recommend this property.

Breath Taking!

My family and I went to celebrate my husband 45th birthday, we arrived on Wednesday and Thursday morning we enjoyed the Beach in our back yard and baptized one other to start of the vacation. Puerto Rico is beautiful, the people are so kind and the food is to die for. The Fuwah restaurant ha style best Spanish Chinese food you can find for an great price. Lola was so helpful and gave us great places to visit. We will be back. I want to renew my 5 year vows on my motherland.

Awesome family friendly Place

We had a awesome family vacation at Carlos place from day one . The place was nice and clean with great direct view of the pool. The Boogie boards and beach chairs were a great addition to Fun filled beach days we had . Lola the property was very attentive and helpful from the start and even provided information to very nice must see attractions and great places to get good food .We took advantage of the snorkeling tour to Icacos island which you will find in the attractions portfolio that’s provided in the condo and had a great memorable experience. I will definitely bring my family back and will continue to stay and shop from the locals as it helps to keep this beautiful island growing and rebuilding for the future.

The location was like a peaceful, private oasis

I can't say enough about Carlos, the property owner, who was available anytime and always made us feel welcome, and treated us as truly honored guests. We were astounded by how peaceful, beautiful, and spectacular the location was. The condo overlooks a tranquil pool/park complex, the property fronted on a breathtaking beach, and there is a comfortable patio to relax and enjoy the breeze. Best of all the whole property is secluded from the crowds, traffic and busy roads in the outside world. Our only regret is we did not stay longer! We had just begun to get a feel for restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and absolutely spectacular beaches when our time ran out.

Great location and exceeded our expectations.   

The villa had plenty of space for our family of 5 and exactly as advertised. The villa is in a perfect location. Steps away from the beach and the pool just right in front of the balcony. I would definitely recommend this villa and would stay there again. We had a great time at the Villa on the Rio Mar resort in Puerto Carlos was very responsive to questions and allowed us to arrive early. The villa was luxurious decorated and comfortable. Plenty of room for 4 of us. Great to have coffee every morning on the balcony looking at the pools with the sea breeze. Pools great and not crowded. Beach quiet also. Great getaway and good location to easily get to the rain forest and local restaurants.  We really enjoyed ourselves great place to stay!

Loved our vacation to PR and Carlos place!!

We absolutely LOVED our vacation to Puerto Rico. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Rico look no further. The 3 bedroom apartment has it all. Spacious, clean and comfortable and plenty of extras like snorkeling equipment, cooler, beach toys. Carlos was very kind and helpful on everything we needed at our stay. . 5 of us stayed a week and had a blast. Malibu Beach apartments is located close to dining, shopping and is child friendly. There are 3 pools, a beach 1 minutes’ walk), and is located about 15 minutes from both San Juan and El Yunque Rain Forest and other attraction places. A very nice functional kitchen and air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and living room area. We will stay again when we return!!

Amazing Property and Vacation

I and my family just returned from a fantastic 1 week stay in this condo! The unit is exactly as it looks in the pictures and the video. There is WIFI, as well as a washer and dryer in the unit. Our dealings Carlos the owner prior to our arrival, as well as after we left, were both pleasant, professional , and helpful. I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to have a relaxing safe vacation. It is closer to all the sites to see in Puerto Rico by at least an hour, compared to staying in San Juan. The beach is a walk across the grass, and the pool is right where you see it in the pictures. Shopping for food is on the way to the condo (there is a Super Walt Mart as you exit the highway, and it has better food, produce, and prices then the US) Thank you Carlos !!

Beautiful Location in Louiza

The Malibu Beach Apartments are located on a long nearly empty beach with plenty of shade. The complex is well maintained, with three very nice pools. This condo overlooks the pools with a lovely view at sunset.. The condo was generally well equipped, though we were disappointed that there was no hair drier, and we were unable to find a can opener. There were several beach chairs, beach toys and plenty of beach towels. The latch on the front door needed repair, but other than that the unit was in good condition. The wifi was very slow, and we were unable to stream movies which was disappointing. There were few restaurants nearby, but several within a 20 minute drive. Overall, this was a fine place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday.

Beautiful!

Thank you for all your help! Our family had a great time at the condo. Everything we needed was available. We were so happy to have the chairs, cooler and boogie boards there for our use. The fact that the property is in a gated community provided security for the kids. The beach is so close....only steps away from the apartment, so we took advantage of that, along with the use of the pool. Your assistant met us at the rental car location and was very helpful during the drive and walk-through of the apartment. This location was perfect for visiting all the tourist's attractions around San Juan. It was nice to find everything exactly as it was described. Our only surprise was how quickly our vacation time went by. I am sure that we will come back to Puerto Rico and will stay here again. I think you should add a discount for returning guests!

Beautifull place to live

Amazing! If you are going to rent in Malibu Beach you must rent from Carlos. He was so helpful from the minute we arrived in PR. He has thought of everything. He was available throughout our stay to answer any questions or trip ideas that we had. Yanira  his property manager pick us up at the car rental and guided us to the apartment, Carlos apt is modern and beautiful decorated.  He also supplied a book he compiled of recommend activities, tours, beaches and restaurants.  This was extremely helpful, especially in choosing restaurants. Malibu Beach is very safe, and the location is close to many attractions and beautiful beaches. Malibu Beach was the perfect location as we had scheduled seeing San Juan and visiting Fajardo which is where the ferries & kayaking trips take off. Malibu Beach  is in the middle of both of those cities, so it was the perfect location. We had such a good time there! I will definitely go back !

Great Villa high end Decor

We had a great vacation at Carlos apt at  Malibu Beach Front. The apartment is very clean and comfortable for me, my husband and two children the decoration of the property is very high end decoration. It is right on the beach and you have three pools you can choose from. It is even better than the pictures shown. We were at Thanks Giving week 2018, at the resort we made very good friends with most of the group staying at the  Malibu. We were invited to a Thank Giving lunch at the pool area by other groups staying we felt like a big whole family during our stay and mingle with others. The beach and pool feels like you are on a private island. Simply beautiful! You have a direct view to the pool area from the master bedroom and the balcony,  the beach is just steps away from the apt. The best was we could watch our two children from the balcony as the pool is right in front of you. I highly recommended this apartment. It is relaxing, beautiful and convenient. We will definitely rent it again.

Perfect location

This place is a perfect getaway for 2 couples or families. The owner is honest and extremely helpful and eager to please his guests. The pool and beach provide a perfect place to relax. There are large shopping centers and grocery stores within a 15 min drive. The condo was clean and updated with modern appliances and furnishings as well as flat panel TV, stereo, DVD and WiFi. A nice place to hang and relax! We were very pleased with the property and how clean it was. It's a beautiful condo and the whole area is very clean and beautiful! Very easy beach access!! Carlos has been wonderful to work with and very fast on getting our deposit back to us! You know when you do the organizing that you hope everyone will be okay with your bookings well I'm pleased to say everyone was pleased with the condo and the price!!! Whew! Carlos's recommendations and directions to sightsee and shop (lady's) were great. Thank you Carlos

definitely would recommend!

The property is clean and the pictures are accurate. The beach is so easy to get to and the condo we stayed in had three beach chairs, two boogie boards and some pool toys. The master king bed is so comfortable! The other beds were good too. The place was clean. We were forced to leave early because of the COVID crisis we were facing, but that was the only downer. Walmart is 10 minutes away to stock up on groceries. The address leads you to a dead end and you need to turn one more road to the west to get to the gate where you enter the code for the condos. Felt very safe in the condo and one the grounds and beach. There are AC units in each bedroom and the main room. With the beautiful beach breeze, we never used the AC in the main room. Kitchen had everything we needed for our meals and meal prep. No grill. This was definitely worth it. We really loved it!

Great Spot and Views

We were 2 families of 6 in total we stayed at Carlos apartments as he owns two apartments at Malibu Beach Front. One of the apartments is called Ocean View Beach Luxury Resort 15 m from SJU Airport and the other one is Real Beach Front Penthouse 15 m from SJU Airport.   The condo was exactly like it was pictured, described and there is a video of the property that you can see on the webpage, the video provides confidence on the choice you are making. A place away from the crowded touristy areas that wasn’t tight and cramped. The location was perfect to serve as a home base as we explored the island.   We all had room to move around and be comfortable. We spent so much time at the balcony barbecuing as Carlos provides a hammock enjoying the sea breeze and the great views from the pool area and the beach as the property faces directly to the pool area with no interference of any obstacles. Carlos had suggested in advanced places to go and Josue his professional custom made reservations agent provided inexpensive suggestions what to do and where to go at Puerto Rico. We will back this year 2018 to Carlos apartments.

Quiet and good location

This was our first rental outside the US and we were a little nervous. Communications with Carlos were very good and he responded to all our questions quickly. Josue and his wife escorted us to the property, gave us the keys and showed us around. We ran into a couple issues which Carlos addressed quickly. Josue checked in with us a couple of times with activity suggestions and restaurant recommendations. The complex is walled in with an electric gate to enter by car and a key gate to get to the beach. There is someone patrolling the property 24/7. We felt very safe. The beach is one of the nicest we have ever seen. The sand is very clean along with the water and it was shallow quite far out with a hard sand bottom. You can walk a long ways down the beach in both directions without encountering anyone else. There is a shower to wash off all the sand at the beach gate. Carlos had provided beach chairs, inflatables and boogie boards for us. The condo was very clean when we arrived and comfortable for our four adults. The kitchen was equipped sufficiently for light meals and the beds comfortable. There were even enough hangers! The patio was protected from the wind and rain so we could enjoy it the two days we had rain and strong winds. We highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to get a taste of Puerto Rico and its people, away from the noise and confusion of San Juan.
