The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house and is modernly furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Rovinj. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
