Rovinj. The holiday flat is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
