The studio is located in a detached single-family house and is modernly furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Rovinj. The studio is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house part-time but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
