The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house and is modernly furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Crikvenica. The holiday apartment is located on a 300 sqm enclosed property with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
