Welcome to our inviting and spacious 1,200 square-foot condo, a bright and airy retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. Natural light floods the space, highlighting cozy furnishings and a welcoming atmosphere perfect for your getaway.

Convenience:
Upon entering, you will find a practical mudroom, on your left, ideal for storing gear, shoes, coats, etc. after a day of Skiing, Snowboarding, Hiking or other adventures.

Fully Stocked Kitchen:
Is on your right, prepare delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen, conveniently located on one side of the entrance and open to the dining area and living room.

Living Area:
The dining room flows seamlessly into the living room, creating an open and inclusive space for socializing. The spacious dining table seats 6. Relax by the wood-burning fireplace (complementary firewood included), L-shape sectional large couch with blankets, and a Smart TV for catching up on your favorite shows.

Enclosed Balcony:
Step through to the lovely enclosed balcony, featuring large new windows and rocking chairs. This bonus space is accessible from both the living room and the second master bedroom.

Master Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite):
This private haven features a luxurious king-size bed, a large window offering stunning views of the Sherwin Mountains, Mammoth Rock, and Crystal Crag and a Smart TV. A dedicated workspace with a writing desk is positioned by the large window so you can enjoy the majestic scenery while you work. This room also includes an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, handheld shower sprayer and mountain views.

Master Bedroom 2:
Perfect for families or a group, this room offers a queen-size bed, a twin-size bed, a Smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a handheld shower sprayer.

Additional Sleeping & Bath:
An extra sink and a Jack and Jill bathroom are accessible from the dining area for the convenience of guests using the living room Queen sofa sleeper and the main living space.

Enjoy the full range of amenities at the Aspen Creek Condo Complex:
Relax in the outdoor spa/jacuzzi with scenic views, take a dip in the summertime pool, fire up the outdoor gas grill (summer only) and unwind in the sauna. Utilize the convenient app-paid laundry room. The property ensures easy access with prompt snow plowing around 6 AM when needed. This unit comes with two dedicated garage parking spaces; please use the provided permits and return them to the condo upon departure for the next guests… there is $50 fee if not returned to the condo.
