Ground floor: Living room 80 sqm and with dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 10 persons. You have access to the 60 sqm terrace. Kitchen 30 sqm and with dinette, TV, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (200 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 10 persons. You have access to the terrace. Separate toilet 4 sqm and with 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom 18 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. You have access to the balcony with parasol. 2 bedrooms each 18 sqm and with 2 single beds. You have access to the balcony with parasol. Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at sleeping chair (appropriate only for children under 10 years) and TV. All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to early October, heatable, 4 m x 8 m, 1.5 m deep). Pool heating only on request for a fee: €60 per day.
