Whether you’re visiting for a Penn State football weekend at Beaver Stadium, a concert or event at Bryce Jordan Center, hockey at Pegula Ice Arena, or celebrating graduation, you’ll enjoy staying close to the action while returning to a peaceful space to unwind.


* The Space

The open-concept living room and kitchen create a bright, welcoming gathering area perfect for families and groups. Natural light fills the space, making it easy to relax after a full day in Happy Valley.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for meals at home, and the dining table expands to accommodate larger gatherings. A coffee station is ready to help you start your mornings before heading out to campus or downtown.

* Comfort Details

The large tiled walk-in shower provides a spa-like feel, and the heated tile bathroom floors add an extra touch of comfort—especially during cooler months.

* Bedrooms

Three comfortable bedrooms provide space for families, couples, or groups visiting for events, reunions, or campus tours. There is one King bed, one Queen bed, and two Twin beds in the third bedroom.

* Location

While the home is set in a peaceful country setting, it is located near route 322, and guest may occasionally here light traffic noise, particularly during busier travel times.

Property was clean and well kept. Property was on a highway and the front door is literally 50 feet from that highway resulting in a good bit of traffic noise. The driveway entrance was pitted and uneven and raised concerns about damaging my car as I entered and exited the property. Coffee maker did not work.

We’re a local family from the Centre Hall area who take a lot of pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. This was actually our first home, so we’ve put a lot of care into maintaining and updating it over the years, and now we enjoy sharing it with guests visiting the Penn State area.

When we’re not working on the property, we enjoy spending time with family, being outdoors, and staying busy with hands-on projects. Hosting gives us the opportunity to combine that attention to detail with creating a great experience for our guests. We’re always available if you need anything, but we also respect your privacy so you can relax and enjoy your stay.

It’s a great spot to unwind after a busy day at games, events, or campus visits. The area has a relaxed, small-town feel with easy access to everything you need, which makes it ideal for both quick trips and longer stays.

The home features a king bed, a wide-open living and kitchen area, fast 500 Mbps internet, and a 55” Roku TV for streaming. The bathroom includes a large tiled walk-in shower with a bench and heated floors for extra comfort. Outside, you’ll find a spacious private setting with a covered deck and grill. We also focus on the little touches—cleanliness, simple check-in, and small extras—to make sure your stay feels easy and enjoyable from start to finish.
