Very spacious and bright renovated modern ground floor condo. Overlooks canal from living room, master bedroom and large Lanai. Master bedroom includes ensuite bathroom with his and her vanities, walk-in closet, adjoining Lanai and king bed.
Fully equipped modern kitchen with granite countertops. Washer and dryer included in unit.
upscale bathrooms in master bath and guest bath updated in fall of 2024.
The condo includes access to a boat slip on the canal steps away from the Lanai. The canal provides access to the river and Gulf.
Jaycee park is being reconstructed with completion in spring of 2026 and will include bistro, food trucks, bandshell, boardwalk, children's splash pad, and new facilities.
In general Jaycee park and the beach parkway area is a quiet, low traffic, pleasant area for walking. Bicycling (bicycles provided) via roadside bike paths to downtown and other areas is straightforward.
