Walk or bike a half-mile to Baker Creek Preserve, a yoga class, climbing gym, and restaurants. Bike, kayak, or hike Knoxville's Urban Wilderness. Fish the Tennessee River or spend the day in the Great Smoky Mountains. Rest and relax by the fire after a fun-filled day. Plenty of parking on the driveway if you’re bringing a small boat or towing toys!

We had a great stay at this pet friendly cute cottage in south knox! The property was clean and cozy and had all the things we needed for a fun weekend with our grown kids who are local to the area!It is a great location and checks a lot of boxes! Close to the university, great restaurants on the riverfront and walking distance to great hiking, bike trails and outside activities for kids!Definitely recommend this cozy cottage if you need a home away from home!

This is really more than a 5 star rental. It’s so convenient, so very, very clean and beautiful. For the price of a hotel room on a busy Knoxville weekend you get a truly comfortable house. We made two full meals there and a two more breakfasts, saving a couple hundred dollars. Also, some of our favorite food places are so nearby- Kerns Food Hall, SoKno Tacos, South Coast Pizza, 71 South… We mostly avoid traffic since our kids live nearby. This is our second stay in this house while visiting our son and family and I always hope this place is available when we visit.

South Knoxville is fantastic! Just a few minutes from UT, downtown, and a ton of fun outdoor adventures. You will also find some of Knoxville's best restaurants and entertainment spots in SoKno. Rocky Top is a fantastic college town, and the Great Smoky Mountains are easily accessible from South Knoxville.
