Located right on Ski Hill Drive, our cozy New Hampshire ski-house-style home is less than a 2-minute pedal to the chairlift and XC trail network at Highland Mountain: America’s Bike Park.

Whether you’re here to ride or explore NH in any season, adventure starts right outside your door.

In minutes, you can be hiking, paddling, or exploring nearby gems.

Four ski mountains: Tenney, Loon, Gunstock & Waterville are approx. 45 minutes away, making this your year-round basecamp for the outdoors.

The House: Our traditional New Hampshire ski house blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Natural light fills the open living space, while a large wrap-around porch and multiple private decks invite you to relax after a day of adventure.

We had an amazing weekend at Michael’s place. The location is perfect for exploring the Highland trails.Communication with Michael was outstanding from start to finish. He was responsive, helpful, and made the whole process incredibly easy.The house is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bedrooms were cozy, and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. Everything was well maintained and exactly as described.We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Loved the property, had everything we needed. Very well stocked. We used the fire pit which was very nice sitting outside relaxing by the fire. We wanted to use the grill, they had everything we needed! The host got back to me right away, never had to wait for a response. We brought our boat up with us, The host Mike had no problem with us parking in the driveway, I was very impressed by everything, I highly recommend staying on top his property if you are in the area. Oh btw if you are a mountain biker this property is definitely the one for you, The house is literally down the Street from me the trails.

This property was outstanding. We stayed for several nights during a family reunion, and it fit our group perfectly. The home is exceptionally clean, thoughtfully furnished, and located in a peaceful area. Michael, the host, communicates clearly and promptly—you can tell he truly cares about maintaining a great experience for his guests.
