Builtmore 1 is a brand-new, five-level mountain chateau built for big groups who want resort-level amenities without leaving the house. Step through the glass-paneled entrance and crisp white shiplap with charcoal accents sets a bright, modern-mountain tone that carries through every floor.



On the Main Level, a Star Wars-themed cinema lounge sits to your right for movie marathons, with a powder room close by. Straight ahead, the great room opens beneath a vaulted ceiling anchored by a floor-to-ceiling geometric fireplace. The chef's kitchen backs right up to it, with a waterfall-edge island seating four on stools and full-size appliances, plus two adjacent dining tables that seat up to twenty guests together.

Guest Access:

Check-in is fully self-service: a keypad on the front door gives you a unique code valid for your entire stay, so there's no key pickup and no coordinating arrival times. Once you're in, the whole house is yours — the indoor pool, both hot tubs, the game room, the rooftop deck, and every living space are open to all guests for the full reservation. A few closets are locked and reserved for owner and housekeeping supplies; these are the only spaces off-limits.
