Deborah was an incredible host, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I stayed here for two months during an internship at Mayo Clinic, and the location made my daily commute easy. Being a short drive from the beach was a huge plus as well. The place was very clean upon arrival and fully stocked with all the essentials for a multi-month stay (full kitchen / washer & dryer / TV / WiFi) Deborah was more than happy to accommodate me if I needed anything extra. She was consistently kind and attentive, and I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my time here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a short or long-term stay in the area!

5 star plus host! Deborah was beyond accommodating, welcoming and responsive, during the busiest weekend of the year in Ponte Vedra- TPC. The Chateau is just as described. Clean, super comfortable bed, awesome shower and towels. Check-in and check-out, coming and going, food delivery, effortless. Thank you so very much, Deborah!!

Deborah is the Perfect host!Everything was flawless from checkin to checkoutHouse was beautifully decorated and located in a gated, quiet, development.Bed was comfortableLarge TV with streaming services Fast wifiThe host is an angel! We were in town for the Players tournament and she drove us to and from it so we didn't have to fight traffic going to the general parking lot.

Pros - this property is very pretty and the bed and pillows are comfortable. The linens provided were amazing. The kitchen and living space are all very clean. The large rain showerhead was strong and hot. The host was very responsive (more than any other host I have worked with over 3 dozen VRBO stays in the past couple of years). The appliances were new, and the laundry unit was sufficient. For awareness, the property has steep stairs. It is a studio, not a 1-bedroom (the bed is visible from the kitchen). My one concern with the property (and why we left halfway through our planned 10 night stay) is that there is a significant amount of light coming into the unit overnight. The host did turn off the twinkle lights wrapped around the trees, but a motion spotlight was not turned off and it lit up the room as if it was mid-day at least once an hour. My husband slept through this, but I could not so we decided to remove ourselves to a local Marriott, without a refund. I am including a photo taken at 2:30 in the morning from the bed, the reflection in the TV in the living room was from light coming in through the beautiful but uncovered windows in the entry way stairs.
