Apartment is approximately 500 square feet, plus 250 square foot entry/laundry room, with storage.

Guest access:

This is a private one bedroom lock off apartment. You have full access to the apartment and do not share this space.

Semi private boiler/laundry room, this only shared with building maintenance, giving you almost exclusive access to the laundry facilities.

You also have private use to the 200 sq ft south facing deck in front of the boiler room off the apartments entrance.

In the winter you have a private offstreet parking spot in front of the south entrance off Mantz.

Private concrete parking pad off the west entrance can fit two vehicles and is accessible May to November.

Large outdoor wet/dry cedar sauna and fire pit is shared with the three units on the property.


Private access to Weber grill and picnic table on the south deck is open May through November.

Other things to note-

Rico is a high mountain town. We are located 8827 feet above sea level. In the winter snow storms move in quickly.
4 wheel/all wheel drive vehicle is necessary when visiting during the winter months.

All midterm bookings will require a lease to be signed before check-in.
