Welcome to this recently built modern retreat in the heart of Springfield, VA — a comfortable, stylish space perfectly located for exploring the DC area, the Pentagon, and the Inova Healthplex Franconia/Springfield.

The Space
Your private entrance leads into a bright, open living area and fully equipped kitchen featuring a large flat-screen TV, stainless steel appliances, a island with bar seating, and everything you need to cook and relax. The unit sleeps up to 6 guests across three spacious bedrooms — a king primary suite with walk-in closet, and two queen bedrooms, each with a desk perfect for remote work or studying.

The Outdoors
Enjoy the outdoor space featuring a gazebo, fire pit, and a peaceful wooded backdrop — a great spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing or work. Plenty of private parking on site.
