The cozy Villa La Vista de Tefía is located in Tefía and boasts a great mountain view. The 90 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine and a television as well as a baby cot and a highchair on request. In your private outdoor area you will find a garden, a covered terrace, a pool and a barbecue. Your spacious, covered terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs, invites you to enjoy family meals together while you overlook the mountains. In a 12-minute drive (11 km) you will reach the centre of Tetir, which offers restaurants, bars, cafes and the nearest supermarket. The beautiful Playa Las Lajas beach is a 23-minute drive from the property (23 km) and Puerto del Rosario, the capital of Fuerteventura, is 20 minutes away by car (20 km).

Located centrally in a small village. Perfect for exploring the island

Pros: It was a very peaceful location with a great outdoor space, plenty of entertainment for the kids. The host and his family are very friendly and helpful. Our children loved the cats and we were all sad to leave. Would highly recommend.

Everything perfect

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the quiet location. The host was also very helpful with tips about the area around the accommodation (e.g. shopping, restaurants). When booking, however, you should bear in mind that you love cats. We love cats, so everything was great!

Wonderful place!

The property and location were beautiful! Carlos was very welcoming and friendly. It is very remote which was ideal. The views were breathtaking. The kids loved the pool and foosball. Would definitely recommend.

Stargazing in abundance!

Pros: The house was just what we wanted and was very well situated to allow us to be away from the busier locations but still within access if we wanted to venture out. The property is in a secluded spot which you have predominantly to yourself with only the occasional pool man etc visiting. There was a telescope to look at the stars and the cats on the premises kept critters to a minimum and were very friendly and affectionate. Very clean and with all the amenities you need. Host was friendly and helpful if we needed anything. We would definitely stay again xx Cons: Nothing really it was all good

We were looking for somewhere quiet, very few other people, and we found it. We heard the occasional dog and a donkey in the distance. We were 400 yards away from the road, so no traffic noise. The villa has 2 good size bedrooms with plenty of storage and remote control dual fan/lights, a good size shower room with bidet, a nice open plan airy lounge dining room, and a well equipped kitchen with dining table. Outdoor pool, and two patio areas, one open with table and sunloungers, the second covered with BBQ. Plenty of distractions for those with children such as basketball, table games and lots of balls etc. Three cats were at the property, two belonged to the owners, the third was an interloper. Carlos visited, by prior arrangement, to feed the cats and change towels and bedding and he and his wife were very pleasant and informative. Supermarkets were about 20 to 30 minutes away, and we combined the shopping with a trip out, calling on the way back. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Villa Tefía View

I use these reviews to help me decide on places to stay so I will be as honest as possible. My wife, and a friend of ours, have just spent a week at this lovely villa and had a very relaxing holiday. The first thing to point out is that it is isolated, no nearby shops, so if you are looking for somewhere to go out for a stroll in the evening it’s not for you. For us, however, this was bliss. No tourists, no noise, sheer relaxation. The villa has all the home comforts required for self catering. The main bed is massive and with an excellent mattress so a good nights sleep is assured. The mattresses in the other bedroom are of similar quality according to our friend. One slight negative, for us, was that the water in the shower, although warm, did not get hot; this may have been more noticeable as it was quite cool weather at times during our stay. It’s location is ideal for seeing the northern part of Fuerteventura and the beaches really are breathtaking. Betancuria is also well worth a visit. The owner, Carlos, communicated with us via WhatsApp. He sent a location pin in order to find the villa which worked well. He met us on arrival and showed us around the property, also leaving a welcome fruit basket, and a bottle of wine from his own vines, very nice too. He also sent me lots of eating out recommendations which proved to be accurate and useful. One suggestion, do a food shop on the way from the airport. Lidle is on the outskirts of Puerto Rosario, and it’s only a very short detour off your route. Can be found on Google maps. If you want a ‘get away from it all’ holiday this is your place. Would we return again? Definitely yes.

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans ce logement isolé et tranquille planté dans un magnifique décor. L'hôte nous a réservé un très bon accueil et nous a donné de bons conseils. Une maison très agréable pour une petite famille. Le wi-fi était cependant un peu lent et le téléscope ne fonctionnait pas. Je conseille vivement ce lieu si vous avez envie de vous déconnecter :-)

Ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wie so viele Fincas in Spanien

Pros: Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in den Norden. Cons: Leider war der Außenbereich etwas unordentlich. Es stand viel Zeug rum, der Pool war sauber aber etwas wackelig. Insgesamt fehlt etwas Instandhaltung und Liebe. Ich habe eine Katzenallergie da helfen die 5 Katzen die sehr anhänglich sind nicht weiter zum Wohlbefinden.

Ruhiges Haus mit großem Außengelände

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Es ist etwas abgelegen und bietet ein großes Außengelände. Unseren Kindern war nie langweilig, es gab viel zu entdecken. Alles war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

'Geheimtipp' für indivuellen Familienurlaub

Idyllische Lage fernab der Touristenhochburgen in herrlicher Landschaft mit Raum für Ruhe und Entspannung sowie jede Menge "Spielplatz" für die Kinder. Zentrale Lage war super für Ausflüge in alle Ecken von Fuerteventura. Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Ein schöner Rückzugsort - fernab vom typischen Tourismus!!

Pros: Die Finca liegt wunderbar abgelegen, so wie beschrieben. Sie bietet viel Platz, das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer ist sehr bequem. Die 4 Katzendamen haben uns sehr viel Freude gemacht und das Heimweh nach unseren Fellnasen etwas gemildert. Cons: Die Moskitos - es war wirklich schlimm, wie wir zerstochen wurden. Ein Fliegennetz im Schlafzimmer wäre hier super. Im Aussenbereich ist sehr viel Interieur. Hier wäre etwas weniger für meinen Geschmack mehr- aber das ist ja eher der persönliche Geschmack. Der Pool war leider so kalt, dass er nicht genutzt werden konnte- das war wirklich schade.

Pros: Un sitio fantástico para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. Todo estupendo. La casa está mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos. Mucha tranquilidad, sin vecinos cerca. Está a 25-30 minutos en coche de las playas de Corralejo o El Cotillo, pero por la zona se pueden descubrir playas apartadas y menos turísticas como Los Molinos, Jarubio, Tebeto... La casa también está bien situada para visitar los pueblos del interior de Fuerteventura, una isla maravillosa. Tenemos muchas ganas de volver.
