Come stay in this very central 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom apt located in the one of the best neighborhoods of Los Angeles, between S. Monica, Venice, Pico Robertson, Hollywood, Downtown, Beverly Hills & only 5 minutes to Rodeo drive! This is an great location! Close to all the best shops, museums, supermarkets and the best restaurants.

The apartment is very convenient for tourism. Located in a great neighborhood of Los Angeles, between S. Monica, Venice, Pico Robertson, Hollywood, Downtown, Beverly Hills and incredibly close to Rodeo drive is this simple 1 Bedroom + 1 bathroom apartment. Central to most sightseeing Los Angeles has to offer. Please note that our unit is a 1930's era apartment: Good for easy-going (not picky) guests who don't mind small issues in an apt.

Ideal location in a safe neighborhood, and contained almost everything we needed for our vacation. The owner was very responsive and delivered any extra supplies that were requested. The building is very old but the inside of the apartment is as nice as pictured and we had virtually no issues. Would stay here again as the price is truly a bargain for the location! Note there are no laundry services on the premises.

The apartment listing is accurate. The apartment is nearly 100 years old and it does show its age, but you can’t beat the price for the location. The location is very central. It was clean. We didn’t use the kitchen, because there are so many good food options near by. We had 4 people in our group and we all sleep comfortably. The host is responsive.

Do not book this property.We checked out early due to a cockroach infestation — roaches on the bed, roaches in the kitchen, multiple documented on camera. This is not a minor nuisance; it is a serious health and hygiene violation.The host, David, was pleasant at booking but completely unresponsive when it mattered. We messaged him about the infestation and our early departure — no reply. Days later we received a cheerful, automated-sounding checkout message that didn’t acknowledge our concerns at all. We never received the extra towels we requested either.We left on May 21st, reported the infestation to VRBO, and filed a dispute with our credit card company. We have photo documentation of cockroaches throughout the unit.The listing is called “Bargain Beverly Hills” — and now we know exactly why it’s a bargain. Save yourself the trauma and book literally anywhere else.

The Beverly Hillls location is as advertised—central to much and easily accessible. I used ride share services for my stay and never waited more than three minutes, even in wait and save mode.The trade-off is the age and presentation of the property. It’s tidy for its age but there are a few items in need of attention. I messaged the managers separately as the issues are not game changers at this price point but: the bathroom sink should not drip, the TV remote should have batteries, and the building does need a pest treatment. If one were aiming for super host status, the kitchen would have a kitchen towel and/or napkins.
