Ocean view studio on the 14th floor of South Hampton has been renovated with new flooring, new furniture, and new artwork. It has 2 queen beds, work / study desk area, coffee maker and small fridge. Easily take a book, your laptop, coffee and cocktails out to your own private balcony and enjoy all the stunning sunrises and sunsets. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).



***Please be advised of the South Hamptons corridor remodeling project is scheduled to start on Monday, October 5th, and is expected to take approximately 7 months to complete.

Work will begin on floors 1 and 2, then proceed to floors 16 and 15, continuing downward two floors at a time***



The South Hampton Tower is an oceanfront 16 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.



Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes).



Weekly and monthly discounts available. $300 security deposit held.



INCLUDES:

- Access to private South Hampton pool, St James pool, and Beach pool. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

- Free access to Mega Fitness Gym (about 1 mile away)

The description was accurate and the space was a good fit for us. Everything worked properly. Our check-in/out was the easiest we have ever found. The unit was comfortable and relaxing with everything we needed. We particularly liked the plantation shutters and the privacy of the balcony. The beach view was nice and no other buildings were too close for comfort. The pools and beach were very convenient and weren’t too crowded. We had a delicious dinner at the Black Drum Brewery that was on the resort site as well.

South Hampton Tower has everything my family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. Kingston Resort is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a condo.
