The space
Welcome to your gorgeous new home, a perfect getaway sitting directly on the shores of Audubon Lake. Experience breathtaking, tranquil views from the moment you step inside, with large kitchen and living room windows looking out onto the calm water.

The heart of this home is the outdoor living area. Kick back on the covered patio or the extended deck, complete with a modern pergola and enchanting string lights that create a warm, inviting ambiance at dusk. The outdoor kitchen, featuring a grill, sink, and mini-fridge, is perfect for grilling a delicious meal as you watch the sunset. Gather around the fire pit for evening conversations, or enjoy feeding the fish and turtles from the dock.

Other things to note
Water Safety: The home's deck and dock are directly on the water. The lake is not fenced. Please be mindful and supervise young children at all times.
Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are in place. They monitor the exterior of the property only and there are no cameras inside the home.
Family-Friendly: A high chair and a pack 'n play are available for your use. Please let us know in advance if you need them.
Events: Small get-togethers with guests not staying overnight are permitted, but please notify the host. An additional fee of $10 per person will apply to account for additional wear and tear.
