In the district of Cumbre del Sol 8 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, residential area (villas), 2.5 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped (5 x 10 m, depth 100 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Parking. Supermarket, restaurant, bakery 700 m, bus stop "Benitachell" 3.6 km, railway station "Teulada" 8.2 km, ferry "Denia" 21.8 km, sandy beach "Playa Ampolla" 8 km pebble beach "Cala Moraig" 2.5 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
