Our apartment on Skawińska Street is a peaceful retreat in the very heart of the city. Set on a quiet yet central street, it offers the perfect place to relax after a full day of sightseeing.
The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, ensuring privacy and ease for all guests. A cozy living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen creates an inviting space to relax, share meals, and spend time together.
The entire apartment is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible, with just a few steps at the entrance.
This ground floor apartment consists of:
- 2 bedrooms, each with double bed
- Living room area with a sofa bed
- Dining table with chairs
- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, oven and kitchenware for home cooked-meals
- Two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower

The apartment is located on Skawińska Street, just steps from the Vistula River and its scenic boulevards—perfect for riverside walks, jogging, or cycling. The historic Wawel Castle is within easy walking distance, while the lively Plac Wolnica, with multiple tram stops, is just around the corner.
From Plac Wolnica, a direct tram ride takes you to Kraków Główny in approximately 15 minutes, making travel around the city simple and convenient. Kraków’s iconic Main Market Square can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by tram, allowing you to enjoy the vibrant city center while staying in a calm, residential area.

-The building is located in the city center, where street noise and traffic may be heard.
-There is no luggage storage available in this building. Guests can store their luggage before check-in and after check-out at our reception at 2 św. Jana Street.
-Please note that check-in is self-service. All the necessary information for accessing the apartment will be sent on the day of your arrival.
-Hosting any events (especially bachelor or bachelorette parties) in the apartment or building is strictly prohibited. Smoking and keeping pets are not allowed.
