What a beautiful home!!! We came to DFW for our daughter’s wedding and the 6 of us had a wonderful stay. The house was well stocked, communication was amazing and the check-in/checkout process was seamless. We loved hanging out by the pool during the day and took advantage of the game and theater rooms during the evenings. We will definitely be back!

A lovely house. A lot of the backyard furniture is falling apart but was still able to enjoy it. Lots of condiments in the fridge and pantry was stocked with lots of extra things which was a surprise. It would be helpful if the owner had an information sheet detailing where the pool towels were and that the pool circulation was only on for a few hours a day etc… But my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. I would definitely stay there again if needed!

We stayed at this property from April 5–13.The hot tub was not usable during our stay. The host informed us it was out of propane, and it was never refilled while we were there. One of the sleeping arrangements listed as a queen bed was actually an air mattress that required advance setup, which we were not aware of. As a result, one guest did not have a proper bed. The twin beds in the children’s room were not suitable for adult use.Upon arrival, sheets and towels were still damp. Several towels appeared worn and stained. The air fryer contained old food and needed to be cleaned before use, and some cookware also required cleaning.Upon removing the sheets to wash them upon leaving the mattress in the room with adult twin beds appears to have multiple urine and blood stains. The laundry basket next to the washer contained trash and visible mold.Photos provided for all of these claims.

Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide every guest with a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience, and we take all concerns seriously. During your stay, our team remained available and responsive to any issues brought to our attention. Regarding the hot tub, the property listing clearly states that the spa is not heated, and we communicated promptly regarding the propane concern when it was reported. Our home is designed to accommodate a variety of guest groups, and the sleeping arrangements are disclosed in the listing details. We encourage guests to review the sleeping configuration prior to arrival to ensure it meets their specific needs. Cleanliness is extremely important to us. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected between each reservation. Had any of the concerns regarding linens, cookware, or laundry areas been reported during your stay, we would have welcomed the opportunity to address them immediately. Following your departure, we conducted an additional inspection and have reviewed all feedback with our cleaning team to ensure our high standards are maintained. We appreciate your comments, as they help us continue improving the guest experience, and we wish you the very best in your future travels.

Clean, spacious home. Location kept us 20-25 minutes from restaurants we wanted to try, very awesome for us! Our kids loved the arcade game provided upstairs. Each of the 4 kids had their own bed, not easy to find with a family of 6 total. We spent greater than 10 hours in the pool, by far our favorite feature.

We're also glad the location made it easy to explore the restaurants you wanted to visit. It was a pleasure hosting your family, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. You're always welcome back, and we'd love to host you again on your next visit!
