This condo was within easy walk to the beach. It was extremely clean and quiet. It was also right by the pool. We hope to stay here again.

Great proximity to the beach- clean and cute. They had extra beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach blanket- we really didn’t even need to bring our own!

The condo was in the perfect location! Easy walk to grocery store, food, and beach. It is the perfect place to stay! The view out back is gorgeous. The pool is just a few steps from the front door. Very cleaned and everything we needed, including beach chairs and games! The owners answered questions quickly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend and love to come back!

We had a Fantastic time at the Sunny Beach &Lakefront Condo! Loriann was Great! She answered all of my questions and was very helpful! Their place is a Great place to stay! It was CLEAN and had everything we needed for a long weekend get away. The beach was just a 4minute walk from the condo. We will definitely be staying here again!

This lakeside two-bedroom, two-bath rental is truly a jewel — a little gem right on the water. The unit was immaculately clean and thoughtfully laid out: comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking easy after a day at the beach. The living area opens onto a private deck with unobstructed lake views you can fall asleep to — perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.The property sits in an amazing little town with a relaxed, friendly vibe. Everything you need is within a short walk: the IGA food market for groceries, several cafes and restaurants, and an outstanding sushi bar worth a stop. There’s convenient parking, easy self-check-in, and the host was responsive and helpful.Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, active days on the water (kayaking, swimming we had our wet suits at this time), or casual strolling through town, this place delivers. For the comfort, location, and price, I would stay again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach. The location was perfect. Very short walk to the beach and restaurants. We loved the common deck and the pool after we were all beached out. We loved seeing all of the turtles in the lake. We very much appreciated the beach towels that the condo provided to us. The condo was nicely decorated. Some negatives: There is no washing machine or dryer and we were only provided with one bath towel each for the three nights that we spent there. So one suggestion is to provide more bath towels. There was a mildew smell in the house and room deodorizers everywhere attempting to mask it. There is no central air, but the wall a/c units kept the house nice and cool. One of the a/c units in one of the bedrooms had black spores inside of the vent which we believe to have been mold. Additionally, although it was great having a second bathroom in the master bedroom, it was tiny. I’m 5 foot 4” and if I sat facing forward on the toilet, my knees would touch the wall. Wouldn’t be great for a tall person. My parents live in a nearby town and stopped by to visit for a few hours. We were only provided with one parking pass and were afraid that their car would be towed. I did reach out to the owner who was very responsive but her response that “it should be fine” didn’t put my mind at ease. Hopefully moving forward, the management company will provide an additional parking pass.Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for your feedback — I’m sorry your stay didn’t meet expectations. I appreciate the chance to clarify a few points and share what we’re doing to improve. Towels are provided based on the number of guests listed on the Vrbo reservation. The washer and dryer are not in the unit but are on the premises one door past the pool (near the second door on the right where several guest units are located); this location is noted in the listing and the washer/dryer notes. Regarding parking, the property issues parking passes only for registered overnight guests. Because your family members live locally and were not registered as overnight guests, we were unable to provide additional passes at the last minute. There is paid parking across the street, which we mentioned as an alternative. Please let us know in advance if additional guests will be arriving so we can arrange parking when possible. We assist the with the limited notification you gave. We also experienced several communication and booking issues prior to your arrival; despite that, we did our best to resolve them quickly and ensure you were able to access your unit. Our air‑conditioning systems are maintained monthly, and Beach Air services and cleans every unit regularly—I will contact them to address the concerns you raised. Thank you again for sharing your experience — your feedback helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

We only had a few days and the weather wasn’t great but being here my kids were able to go swimming in the pool. We met other families that were great people. The location to the beach was in walking distance. Our place was comfy cozy.

This location is extremely unique. It has a small town feel with fabulous local restaurants in walking distance. A convenient IGA supermarket at your fingertips if you missed anything or want to shop upon arrival. We love the family friendly environment that keeps us coming back. On Cherry Grove Beach, we couldn’t have picked a more pristine locations in Myrtle.

Our goal is to make our guests feel comfortable and relaxed. When staying with us, you’re not a number but an extension of family.

We are constantly adding and improving to our repertoire, we ensure our guests have everything at their fingertips. Such as beach chairs, blanket, umbrella, games both on the beach and for those nights indoors. Most importantly, provide a clean inviting environment.

Upon opening our front door you’re welcomed by the lake view. Just steps out the front door to the pool and a few more to the sand. A long walk on the pier. Just park and walk to everything you need!

From ice cream to fabulous seafood our cottage is the best vacation location.
