The Space:

Welcome to Come Sail Away, a modern coastal retreat that sleeps up to 13 guests, located just minutes from Rosemary Beach along Scenic Highway 30A.

The home is perfectly positioned for enjoying the best of the area. Guests can walk or bike to the beach through the pedestrian underpass, avoiding Highway 98 and making beach access safe and convenient.

You're also just a short walk (0.5 miles) from 30Avenue, an upscale destination known for excellent restaurants, cafés, and boutique shopping.



The Space



Inside, the home features bright coastal design, comfortable gathering spaces, and everything needed for a relaxing beach stay.

The open living area is perfect for spending time together after a day at the beach, while the fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to cook meals or enjoy takeout from nearby restaurants.

5 Stars – Great Stay for Two Families!

We had a fantastic stay at this home! It was perfect for our two families, especially with teen boys who had plenty of space to spread out. The house was modern, very clean, and well-appointed with everything we needed. The two master suites were a great touch, making it comfortable for both sets of parents. While we wished it was a bit closer to the beach, the drive wasn’t bad at all. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely return!

We were very happy with this property and location! The house met our needs, was clean, and tastefully furnished/decorated! There were 7 people in our group and we were all comfortable with no complaints!

House and location great. Management company no so much as they were horrible with communications. It would have been nice to know that landscaping and pest control were coming by to service the property. Lastly there is a drainpipe just off the driveway that my partner stepped in and nearly broke her ankle, she did lose a shoe that could not be retrieved. There needs to be a cover over that french drain.

Beautiful Home needs some TLC

Beautiful home needs some TLC . Need to know this is not on the south side of 30 A so you cannot use the Rosemary Beaches.plays you have to cross the major highway . Inlet beach yes . We signed waivers for the bikes never got them .

The house was beautiful but we did have some issues/concerns. When we arrived to check into the property at our allotted time the cleaning team was still cleaning the property, so we had to wait until they were done before we could fully unpack our cars. Once we got in the house we noticed trash bags just sitting on the side of the house. In addition to this, some still had sand in their beds from the previous guests and a lot of the dishes that were put away were not fully clean. We also had 2 separate maintenance people come during our stay, only one of which we were given a heads up about. We had a safety concern with the LSV. We were alerted by someone driving past us that one of the wheels looked like it was to come off the vehicle, to which I have tried contacting the host to inform them of this.
