The first Guest Bedroom

 features two sets of twin bunk beds (please no children under the age of 6 on top bunks, per manufacturer guidelines), and a Samsung SmartTV.

There is one full bath serving the two guest bedrooms.

The backyard is not fully fenced in. It does have a fence on three sides.

No pets of any kind allowed.

Palm Breeze at Inlet Beach is a pet-free home. If any breed of animal, large or small, is found to have been at the home, an additional cleaning fee of $1150 will be charged for deep cleaning and replacement of all bedding and rugs.

Any person over the allowed eight-person maximum occupancy will be charged $55 per person per day. Primary guest (reservation holder) assumes responsibility for any and all damages to the property from all family members and guests.

The primary guest who booked must be on property accompanying all guests for the duration of your stay.

No smoking, vaping or burning of any substance inside the home.
