The Space:

This newly decorated, 6th floor, 2 bedroom-2 bathrooms unit, can be found at the end of Okaloosa Island. It's away from the crowds but within a mile of restaurants and activities. If you're looking for quiet and fewer crowds this is your place! From the large balcony, you get a spectacular coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit comes with a covered parking space. The unit has new carpet, paint, lighting, and bedding. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private entrance to balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and futon that converts into a twin. The bedrooms have 32'flat screen TV's, DVD players, ceiling fans, and oscillating fans for cooling off after a fun day at the beach. Bathrooms have hair dryers and makeup mirrors for your convenience. The living room has a sleeper sofa that makes into a queen. There is a 50' flat screen TV, DVD player, board games, and cards for your enjoyment. WIFI is provided. Another great feature is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing and serving meals. The kitchen table will seat six, along with three bar stools, at the breakfast bar. A highchair is also available for little ones. There are a washer and dryer for your convenience. Perfect getaway!

My little family went for 5 days and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. So beautiful, not a super crowded part of town, condo was everything they said it was!

Great place

We had a great time. This condo was beautiful and we really appreciated the collection of James Patterson books! The patio and furniture is super spacious and it’s equipped with a full kitchen of anything you could need.

Great location for exploring the coast!

We came to this area to ride the bike trails, and found the unit to be situated within 30 minutes drive either direction of 2 great coastline trails! It also has easy access to the beautiful beaches and lots of restaurants. There's even a Publix right before the bridge, and a very well-equipped kitchen to cook in. This place has been nicely updated and decorated, we highly recommend it and will come back!

Perfect spot

We were thrilled with this condo. At first I was disappointed we didn't have a great view of the beach, but it was so accessible. The sunsets were beautiful off the balcony. The condo was furnished with everything you could ever need.

Simply beautiful!!

Our entire stay was wonderful! It started with the ease of the check in process and got even better when we stepped into the condo! It was immaculate and very well decorated! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc! The views from the condo are amazing!! The beach being a short walk from the condo was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again!!

You thought of everything!

The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. Each room included so many little extras that it felt like we were at home! You truly thought of everything: extra blankets, fans, everything you could every need in the kitchen, a wagon to travel to the beach, board games... The check in process was easy, the beach was beautiful and quiet. It truly was a lovely experience.

Cozy Beach Oasis

This condo is amazing! We appreciated the updated finishes, and fun beachy decor. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful and the perfect ambiance for morning coffee or an evening drink. There was plenty of space for hanging out, extra places to sleep, and the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. The beach access is perfect, it really doesn't get any closer or better than this condo. There are little details and finishing touches that make this condo special. We highly recommend it, and plan to return!

Well above expectations

We were delighted to stay at this property. We have rented beach condos before and this one way exceeded our expectations. We booked a little late for the summer and it concerned me a little that there was still availability. Boy, were we lucky! It was very clean and there were so many extras! The wagon to pull all of our stuff down to the beach was a wonderful addition. The kitchen was stocked with everything I could have wanted (and as a foodie, I am hard to impress). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book this property again if we returned to the area.

Switched at the last minute.

We were supposed to have a condo near but on the Saturday prior to us leaving we were told the condo would not be available. The company gave us some suggestions for other condos but held this condo for us. What a blessing it was. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. On the beach with pool with a lazy river and a Tiki bar with good pool food. Would definitely recommend this Waterscape condo and hope to be there again.

Fell short

Great location! The condo unfortunately wasn’t as great as other reviews mentioned. The elevator had a plywood floor that was soggy, our condo floor was so dirty that our kids (crawling) legs were black in minutes, and the washing machine was broken with no advance warning. Going to the laundromat wasn’t on my list of vacation activities.

Samuel’s Stay

I paid for room service I never got along with sleep past my usual six o’clock in the morning due to mass construction on the whole building and from my personal experience if OSHA would seen that site nobody would’ve been allowed to rent a room there for paints fumes a whole in the elevator floor all the railing basically just taped on there the only thing I did like was the beach so in short I’ll not recommend the Vrbo app or the Vacasa renters or the seacrest hotel that I stayed at I’m not sure of who is to blame for me not being aware of what was going on before I came down there but it royally pissed me off and I hope everybody that can read finds my comments.
