This classy second-floor suite has everything you need for a perfect vacation just outside the door. Lasata is in The Village of Baytowne Wharf, a renowned entertainment area packed with unique shops and dining options and the host of numerous outdoor events.



When you're ready to slow down after a day of excitement, relax on your private furnished balcony with a tranquil view of trees and greenery. The studio features a simple, clean look with high-end furnishings. Enjoy a snack or some local takeout at the high-topped dining table for three in the cool comfort of the central air-conditioning.



The beach is accessible right from the resort grounds, which will maximize the time you can spend on the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast. Guests of this home will also have access to the complex's numerous shared amenities, including a 4,000-square-foot lagoon pool, hot tub, gym, 15 tennis courts, and three golf courses.

The location and the property were perfect. My only recomendation is to provide better directions and not rely on the community security guard. When I called vacasa I was mwt with the sane answer: “ the guard can give you directions” and unfortunately it took us some time to find the parking garage.

Relaxing weekend

My husband and I found this unit to be a great place for a relaxing weekend at the beach! It was clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, there was enough furniture without feeling crowded. The large tv was nice for watching a movie at night.

Enjoyable stay

Seamless process from start to finish…booking to checkout. Room was very clean. Bed very comfortable. Quiet environment. Never had to leave the property for food and drinks as it was all there at The Village of Baytowne Whatf which was a short walk.

Area is beautiful and the location to restaurants and shops are amazing. The property did not provide tram cards and we did not have a vehicle to go to beach. This was problematic.

Great location

Great location for an urban beach getaway with my teen daughter; easy access to the pool, hot tub, and close to tennis ($30 per hour) and you can rent bikes and SUPs . We took a tram to the beach the first day but drove after that because there’s plenty of parking in early March. There are also lots of dining and shopping nearby too. The studio was clean and spacious and had everything we needed!

Amazing location. Walk right out of your condo into everything. Stayed with a 4 week old baby, 4yr old and 10yr old. We did not have to worry about putting the kids in and out of the car when wanting to do something. Will definitely be staying here again!

Hidden gem for sure.

We very much enjoyed our stay and the room was as expected definitely a hidden gem! The room was really close to the parking garage and elevators on the first floor which was really convenient! The Baytowne Warf is like having a theme park in your back yard, was a close walk to restaurants and shops! The only issue was the pull out sofa was not comfortable for my 5 & 3 year old to sleep on, it would be extremely thin for an adult to sleep on.

Nice stay

Property is as pictured. Convenient location to pool and village, as well as nice view of the harbor. Did not initially receive the link to pay for parking and it took a few hours to get it resolved. Luckily we contacted Vacasa several hours before arrival.

Great unless....

This property is absolutely perfect UNLESS you have anyone planning on sleeping on the pull out sofa! It was completely flat and so uncomfortable that my children couldn't even use it! My daughter had to sleep on the couch and my son had to push 2 chairs together to make himself a bed. Absolutely awful for the price we paid to stay those 5 nights!! Will NEVER return.
