Whether exploring the Island by bicycle or paddleboard, searching for shells on miles and miles of award-winning, unspoiled beaches or just relaxing with a good book and a refreshing beverage, this beach home delivers the best of the Forgotten Coast.



The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete parking. A private boardwalk to the shimmering white sand beach and a six-person hot tub provides endless fun for the young and young at heart. An enclosed shower with hot and cold water will greet you after a long day at the beach and a fish cleaning area with a park-style grill and picnic table is perfect to prepare your fresh Florida catch.



An open bright and airy living/dining/kitchen floor plan brings everyone together for coastal living. The well-appointed kitchen enjoys a breakfast bar with seating for four so everyone can gather around the chef. The dining table seats six with gorgeous coastal views and is the perfect location for dinner, games, and puzzles. The living room enjoys a large TV and more views of the expansive Gulf. Exit the living area to a covered deck with rocking chairs and chaise loungers. A full shared bathroom, as well as a laundry area with a washer/dryer, is provided. Important note: as of July 2026, the photos on this listing do not accurately reflect the property. This could be such a great property! Great location - St George is quaint and fun, St George Plantation is quiet and private. Plenty of parking, nice outdoor hoses and shower. The view is wonderful! However, it’s in need of a deep clean (noticeable odd odor, layers of dust on ceiling fans, mold/mildew in showers, area rugs need steam cleaned or replaced, knobs and handles were sticky). And it needs handyman work (boardwalk has rotting wood/nails popping, back slider struggles to slide, does not fully close at the bottom and will not lock, door knob in guest king is non-functioning). I agree with the previous reviewer: the front door access/code is a pain.It could use some updating. The toilets and vanities are low and could be a challenge for someone older or with back/mobility issues, the fridge and oven are very old. Outdoor seating is a let-down - there’s only three good chairs for a house that sleeps 10. There are two plastic loungers, one plastic stackable chair and a picnic table, but none of that is solid or comfortable. We were disappointed in the house/accomodstions.

Great beach access. Awesome covered ocean front deck. Kitchen had everything we needed. All 10 of use had plenty of space. Very clean on arrival. Hot tub was nice after a day on the beach. Could use updated den furniture.

The location of this property is 10/10. The plantation is beautiful, quiet, and private and we loved being almost the only ones on the beach. The vacation equipment rental was also very nice, allowing us to choose what we needed for a great time on the beach. The porch overlooking the ocean is amazing, and exactly what we were looking for. That being said, there are a few things about the property that could be improved. We had a little bit of confusion about the lock code. I didn’t receive it until after check in, and the code was very long and hard to enter into the door. It took several tries before we were able to get into the property. The door handle on the smaller king bed room is also faulty. When it’s all the way closed, the door can’t be opened from the inside and I got locked in, which is probably a fire hazard. The house was well stocked, but a lot of the furniture and kitchen supplies are a little out of date. Only half of the hot tub jets worked, which was no big deal but worth mentioning. At check out the cleaners arrived very early, making our exit feel rushed even though we weren’t able to enter the house until after the check in time. All in all, it was a great trip. For a party planning to spend most of their time on the beach or out and about, this house is great, but I would suggest making a few small improvements to bring the whole experience up to five stars.
