We loved our stay here. So close to the beach but a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and well stocked. I especially liked the paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap etc. We had a family reunion in the neighborhood with each family in their own rental. The other houses required emergency trips to the store to buy toilet paper and all the supplies I mentioned. Thank you for truth in advertising!

Everthing was super smooth. Great location, great amenities and a very nice, clean perfect place to stay. Check in was easy, managing from rhe property owner was spot-on. Will stay again and absolutely recommend!

Great Getaway

Property was definitely a home away from home. Great space, great location, definitely a great time. Literally steps from the beach. Lovely community, great communication, easy in and out! Would definitely visit again.

Great family weekend!

The house is very well maintained and was a comfortable size for 5 adults. Great location to the beach and the boardwalk. No issues with this property and I would absolutely stay there again!

You can tell this home was a quick flip STR. Mattresses and pillows were truly horrible (hard as a rock and flat as a pancake) with only a top sheet and thin blanket for bedding. This was the most bare bones rental I’ve stayed in for a while. Kitchen didn’t even have salt and pepper. You will have to bring/buy anything extra you might need. Plan to do laundry every night in order to have fresh towels because you’re only given one towel per person for the whole stay. The main perk is the proximity to the beach and ample parking. Other than that the gulf water wasn’t as pretty on this stretch of Pensacola beach, but we still preferred it because the beach seemed less crowded.

Clean and close to the beach!

Property was just as described. Very clean and close access to the beach. I do think that the beds mattress’ should be updated or mattress pads be placed on beds. They were extremely hard and the pillows were flat. I did have to buy wash clothes and hand soap upon arrival. The rental only had 2 wash clothes for 4 people. The location was great, close to town and easy access to the beach.
