Property was amazing! Had everything we needed, and then some. Good quality cookware…hard to find in rental units! Location was fantastic…beach was a very short walk and bathroom access by the pool made everything more comfortable. Having 3 full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms was so helpful with our crew…teenage girls in one, teenage boys in another, and we got left in peace! Having a garage was great, and the beach towels and chairs and toys provided made packing lighter and added some fun. Susan was a fantastic host…made everything seamless. Highly recommend this place!

Unit was one of our favorites in Starboard Village. Better stocked than most and property manager was super responsive. Location couldn't be better. Plenty of space, super clean and well maintained.

Kitchen was well equipped. May have needed a dish cloth, but enough appliances such as pots and pans, bowls, dishes, etc. I will bring coffee or Keurig cups next time. Lots of other blankets, pillows, bedding, etc.

Thank you for the review Lori! We appreciate it! There should have been a whole drawer of dish towels in the kitchen. The keurig broke during the stay before yours and has not been replaced yet. We usually have a large array of keurig cups. Coffee for the regular coffee pot is in the cabinet above the coffee pot. Thank you for taking good care of the condo! Another great stay!

Peaceful location with easy access to the beach. It's a wonderful place with a useful kitchen, cozy recliners, and great balconies. It was perfect for what we needed.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. You are always welcome to return. You are correct; parking is tight all over the island. You had 2 assigned parking place..one in the garage and one outside. There is also a beach lot next door. The rules set up by the HOA are to ensure that all have a good and safe time.

Great place and location

We loved our stay. Owners were quick to respond. The unit was clean and well stocked. The location was perfect and the beach was quiet. We will definitely book again if going back to Pensacola.

Wonderful place to stay!

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The location was great and the beach was perfect with very few other people. Each bedroom had a full bathroom, which was perfect for our girl’s group of 6. Susan was very nice and great with communication. We absolutely loved it and definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Pensacola Beach! We traveled with our family, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of cookware and utensils, which made it easy to prepare meals. The bathrooms were also generously supplied with towels and essentials. One of our favorite parts was the availability of beach items. It made our beach days so convenient and fun without needing to bring or rent extra gear. The condo itself was very clean and well maintained, which we really appreciated. The location is absolutely perfect: right on the beach with beautiful views and easy access to the water. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. We also loved being so close to Fort Pickens, which made for a fun and interesting family outing. Another highlight was getting to see the Blue Angels practice nearby.Communication with the host was excellent. Responses came within minutes and were always helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed

The property was just right for our family. Bedrooms were kept well. The living room had many small cozy details. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We would definitely stay again!

Quick weekend getaway

The property was very clean and spacious. It had everything you would need for your stay. The location is perfect. The garage made it so easy to store all of your beach things and it kept the sand out of the condo. The pool was wonderful after spending the day on the beach. We also got to see the Blue Angels do their beach buzz, which was awesome.

Lovely

We love this condo. Everyone has a bathroom, we can easily walk past the pool to the beach, and it was fully stocked. Managers are really helpful and friendly. We had a great time.

Beautiful!

This property was a perfect choice for our Pensacola trip. Our family was in town for a birthday party for my youngest brother and 6 of us stayed in the Starboard Village condo. The accommodations couldn't have been nicer and the owners went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from beach towels to beach chairs...even handsoap and toilet paper in all the bathrooms! We felt very welcomed and will definitely consider this location for any return trip to Pensacola. It was a perfect vacation spot!

Perfect!

This is the only place we will stay in Pensacola! The beds are comfortable and the condo is always clean. Highly recommended by us! Quick walk to the not-crowded beach. Everything you’ll need is in the garage. Price is reasonable. Good communication with manager as always! You will not be disappointed.

My husband Tim, and I manage this unit. We also live full time in the same complex. We are semi-retired, Susan as a R.N. And Tim from the technical communications field. We are very excited about and very much enjoy, managing this unit and one other within our complex. We do our very best for each rental guest to ensure they have a wonderful stay on beautiful Pensacola Beach.

This property with its 3 bedrooms sleeps 8 very comfortably. It provides quick and easy access to both the pool and the beach. We enjoy managing units within our complex and are on site for any issues that may develop for our guests.

This property is on one level. It has a beautiful view of the sun sparkling on the Gulf of Mexico. Starboard Village is a wonderful family oriented complex. It has 33 units total, unlike large high rises that can house multitudes of people, which leads to crowded beaches. Getting to the beach from the condo is quick and easy. No streets to cross! Walk out your door, past the pool, and you are at the dunes crossover and onto the beach...all in less than one minute!
