The Space:

On a quiet stretch of Okaloosa Island sits blu 103. This unit offers total relaxation and comfort just steps from the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. This four-bedroom, three-bathroom unit is beautifully decorated with touches of elegance throughout. Upon entering, the views will immediately guide you to the main living area. The kitchen is spacious and offers everything you'll need to cook meals or prep for a large gathering. The stainless-steel appliances, sparkling counters, and sleek cabinets are stunning, and the large island gives even more space. The dining area seats six guests, and the living area has plenty of seating for everyone. Even-more space is offered in the den, and a wet bar is in this area as well, with an ice maker, two wine fridges, and plenty of counter and cabinet space for all snacks and beverages. The balcony can be accessed from both living areas and has plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the Gulf sunrises and sunsets. Also accessible from the balcony is the master bedroom. With a king-size bed and ensuite bath, and breathtaking views of the water, you'll never want to leave. The bathroom features a double vanity, separate tub and shower with a seat, with gleaming finishes on each. Two of the guest bedrooms offer king-size beds as well, with the third having twin bunks and a queen-size sofa bed. The last bedroom offers plenty of space with a queen-size sofa bed and doubles as a media room. The two guest bathrooms round off a stunning unit, where nothing is left to be desired. These carefully decorated rooms, in-unit laundry, and breathtaking views are sure to make blu 103 your next Emerald Coast getaway.



Each reservation includes one umbrella and two chairs Mar 1 - Oct 31. Paddle boards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Great for large family get togethers

The property is setup extremely well to host large family gatherings. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the layout provides for a good amount of privacy. Please note, the owner provides basically nothing in terms of paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) or consumables so you need to make sure to bring everything with you (or be prepared to buy things locally, at very high prices!).

Beautiful location and property

We had a wonderful time! This condo was perfect for 2 families (9 people). Everything was very convenient! We loved how close the pool and beach were to our condo. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We will be back!

Home away from home

Everything was excellent. Beds were firm but comfortable. Plenty of space for all. Exactly as described in listing. We had a wonderful time and felt very at home. Great unit with easy access to pool and beach. We absolutely will stay here again!

Disappointing

We were quite disappointed overall. This condo claims to be luxurious, but it didn’t even come close. Issues: No covered parking space as promised, and the door code didn’t work upon check in. Local and National Vacasa teams were not helpful and did not respond to us regarding issues. The condo was dirty - floors were covered with sand, windows and sliding glass doors filthy, and the patio and the patio furniture were disgustingly filthy. The mattresses in the master bedroom and the back bedroom were like rocks and I slept on the bunk bed just to get some rest. The master bed frame and slat were broken and it made a horrible squeaky noise. Light bulbs (2 of 3) were burned out in the master bath, and the toilet paper holder was broken in the hall bathroom. The sheets and towels were of sand paper quality, and the refrigerator water filter was red and had not been changed / probably ever. As as others have noted, there was no dead bolt on the doors, so lacking as far as security goes. Good points: a/c worked great, and the condo was spacious. The location and the pool were also great. After this experience, I would never stay at another Vacasa property.

Memory Maker

We had 6 adults, one teen, 16 month twins and one 5 month old. We had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Adult rooms all have king beds, teen had his own private retreat with twin bunk beds, and there was one room for pack-n-plays. Very large well appointed kitchen and plenty of spaces and comfortable chairs/sofa for everyone. The patio is spacious and the view of the pools and beach are amazing. Steps from the patio to the pools and a short walk to the beach. So easy with our little ones. Plenty of parking. This location was wonderful without all of the traffic of Destin.
