Whether you are whipping up a bite to eat in the beautifully appointed full kitchen or taking in the Gulf views and sea breezes on your private balcony, this condo will have you spoiled from the moment you arrive. Start each day with a no-mess-no-stress brew using the Keurig machine, and when you want to venture out a bit, you won't have to go far to take a dip in the shared pool or walk over to the sugar-white sand via onsite beach access to work on your tan. Grab your favorite frosty beverage at the tropical bar on the way back in and kick back in one of the communal loungers while admiring the sunset. Cap off the evening at the condo with a family movie night on the massive living room smart TV. Free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer round out the in-home essentials.

Fabulous spot!

We loved this condo - it is clean, beautifully furnished and the views from the balcony and windows are breathtaking. Those sunsets! The heated pool and walks on the beach also made for a fabulous vacation! We would definitely come back again!

Spectacular view

Enjoyed our stay! View was spectacular!!! Management company took several days to email me back when I had questions; however, I was able to get immediate answers via phone.

Beachside ll

Nice condo and view. Very very noisy. Construction 5 and 6 days a week, 8 am to 5 pm, during our entire month stay. We were not told of this. Would not have rented unit.

Beautiful view

We loved the beautiful view and the overall area. The property was clean. Minor issues: the fitted sheet for the bed was a size too small and kept popping off. The netflix, prime and other apps stopped working on the TV after two days. The only app that would work was youtube. Local cable channels did work. We would go there again.

Great Condo with great beach views.

This was a great condo. Very clean. Nice upgrades in the furnishings. My only complaints is the sheets did not fit the bed at all. Which was very annoying, they only give u one roll of toilet paper for a week of vacation there. I don’t come to the beach to spend my time but supplies the condo should supply. Especially for the cost to stay. Also, there were no employees around. We couldn’t find a cart to get our luggage to and from the condo so we had to carry all of it by hand in multiple trips. Other than that our stay was very nice! Love the area and how secure this resort is! I would definitely stay in this room again!

Adventure of a lifetime

What an adventure! We arrived Saturday, July 15, 2023, in the pouring rain, but found the entrance to the community with no problem. Gave our name and time of stay to security guard at entrance, then received parking pass and directions to gate to Sandestin Beach Side II. Code to gate worked great! Arrived at the condo building and had covered parking! Went to entrance to condo building and the excitement began. Entered code, didn’t work. Tried again, didn’t work. Tried another code we had received, didn’t work. Another couple arrived and they too tried their code, didn’t work. We alternated back and forth trying our codes and they didn’t work. Finally, a young girl inside pushed a button and we all got access. Found elevators—there are two elevators for guests and residents of the condo! Got to our condo on the 9th floor and no problem with code. The condo had the fragrance of not being opened for a very long time—no worries, just lowered temp in condo and pushed the fan button to on. Read our welcome material and discovered we were to leave recreational passes and wristbands when we checked out (we were spending the week). We began the hunt for the wristbands and recreational passes. Opened every drawer, looked under tables and desk, checked behind items on the counter tops—we lost the hunt, but there was no one to call to get them out of hiding. Tried all the numbers that were offered and left messages. Also responded to the text that wanted to know if t
