Plus, you'll be just a shorts stroll across the dunes from world-class beaches. Getting around the resort is easy with complimentary tram passes available for guests.



This condo comes fully loaded with all the comforts of home - and then some! Cooling tile floor features throughout the space while updated amenities and fixtures provide contemporary design and comfort. The full kitchen is equipped with all major appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Grab a quick bite at the three-seater breakfast bar or sit down for full meals at the dining table set for four. Unwind in air-conditioned comfort. while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the living room smart TV or head out to the patio for sunset cocktails and serene ocean views.



THINGS TO KNOW

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: From 10/2025- 4/7/2026, this building will be undergoing extensive exterior restoration. You will experience loud construction noise, and heavy equipment and workers will be present. Balconies will be inaccessible from 11/13 to 12/11.

The pool will be closed from Dec - Jan, and beach access will be closed Jan 5th - 30th.

Please note that all dates are tentative and subject to weather conditions. Please call if you have further questions!

Great location

The property was very nice. Good location in a gated community. Clean and comfortable beds! The only downfall was the loud air conditioning unit.

Perfect location. Easy beach access

The condo was exactly as described. It was located on the 2nd floor which makes the beach access quick and easy. Has everything you need with a beautiful view. This location is definitely worth the private beach and security personnel that does an amazing job keeping it that way (especially during the busy season). We will be back. Thanks again

Girls trip

Location was great and the view was awesome. I have a few suggestions. The bathrooms need towel bars. There was no place to hang towels or swimsuits. Also, needs door mat at sliding doors and a vacuum.

Amazing location and wonderful amenities!

Location couldn’t be beat! It was so nice to be within walking distance (like less than 2 mins) to the beach. The pool was also close by too which was very convenient. This review is for condo Beachside One #4023 and they didn’t have a Keurig but a regular coffeemaker and there are no filters so make sure you bring some! Beach towels for the beach would be nice if provided since we flew in and had a hard time packing them but otherwise everything else was wonderful. Also no spices (not even salt or pepper) in the kitchen so just a heads up if planning to cook! Thank you for a wonderful stay we made the best memories!!!!

Bad stay

Also, I was locked out of the unit before the check out time. Luckily someone was still in the room to open the door🙄 mildew smelling sheets, not enough towels, remotes for TVs needed batteries, roaches….

It was a very nice resort. We just had some noisy air conditioner.

We did check in with them. I said we would be okay. But they sent a service man. It was a bearing that was out. We would recommend more information at the condo as to what you can do on site.

Kid friendly easy beach and pool access

Traveled with my husband, mom and 16 month old. Condo is located on second floor which is same floor access to beach and pool. Great views from the condo and quiet . The closet in master was perfect to fit in our pack and play for sleep training if traveling with a child. We were able to check in early without asking. Love the accessibility of the tram to go into Baytowne wharf and marina. We didn’t really leave resort, close to great restaurants, bars and water sports rentals. Plus Tram goes till 2pm on weekends too if out late. Kitchen has limited accessories but it was functional and able to cook meals for the 4 days we stayed. Would recommend bringing blanket for coziness. AC worked Great! We will definitely be back!

Steps to the beach

Beautiful property. This 2nd floor unit (not 4th like in the description) has the easiest access to the beach I've ever had (although a ramp would be nice, there's only stairs to get down to the sand. Makes it tough to carry a beach cart). If the boardwalk didn't got so hot you wouldn't even need flip-flops. The condo is spacious and can sleep 4 comfortably (no ceiling fans). You can sleep more if you use the sofabed / air mattresses. Vacasa had it stocked well and we barely had to use our own paper products and kitchen supplies. The ice maker in the fridge was nice. Tiny, tiny washer / dryer. Great little "nook" by your front door to keep your beach supplies and prevent sand from entering the condo. You can't exactly see the beach from the balcony as the dunes are high and you are on the 2nd floor. However, the sand and water are second to none on the Gulf coast. Would definitely stay here again.

Spend a little more to get a better place

We loved the location and the pool was amazing. Amenities were very limited. Only four forks for eating, no free beach amenities, no beach towels. Drapes in Master Bdr were broken and had to be closed using clothes hangers. Patio furniture was dirty and seats sagged. Living room area rug has pet hair even though no pets allowed. I killed a huge cockroach in living area. Limited toiletries. No paper holder in guest bath. No seasonings for cooking. No games, or any beach toys for kids. Condo was a little run down. Could use a little paint and updating.
