We checked all the boxes to make "Beach Oasis" the perfect Westwind's Gulf Front vacation home in Sandestin Resort. Not only has this stunning condo just been renovated to Wow perfection, our Ocean Front condo has quick beach access, an amazing lagoon pool, a fitness center, and you can explore all of the resort amenities in our 4 seat Golf Cart or via the Sandestin Shuttle!

Upon entry you will notice the new kitchen with quartz counters, stylish tile backsplash to the ceiling and custom cabinetry. The appliances, well designed lighting and custom shelving will appeal to the cooks in your group. Across from the kitchen is the dining area with built-in bench seating. Charm, comfort and functionality never looked so good! The living room area has ample seating overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with a large Smart TV to view your favorite sports and movies. You can access the balcony from the living area, it doesn't get better than this!

The Ocean Front master suite has a king size bed, generous closet space, ocean views, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The master bath features a double sink vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a custom king bed which can be converted into two twin XL's beds upon your request. The guest bedroom has a closet, a Smart TV and floor to ceiling Gulf Front windows. The second bathroom is located in the hallway next to the guest bedroom, with a new quartz top single sink vanity and a combination tub/shower. Additionally, we have a twin size roll away bed, stored next to the full size washer and dryer in our laundry closet.

Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram, no need for a car. The south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. The resort offers amenities for every type of person including four championship golf courses, 12 clay and hard tennis courts, and 6+ pickle ball courts. There is also a large marina on the Bay where you can rent a boat, kayak or paddleboard. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, world class restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options!

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
