The Space:

*CONSTRUCTION NOTICE* Beginning April 2026, the tennis courts will be demolished and be remodeled into more parking. This project is estimated to take 8 weeks and during this time you will experience noise and notice workers and equipment onsite during working hours.



This beautifully decorated condo under new ownership boasts incredible coastline views of the Gulf waters and new upgrades, with seasonal beach service included! The balcony contains new patio furniture, allowing you to relax and enjoy the fantastic view. In the mornings watch for the occasional dolphins swimming by! The living area features a 65-inch TV and a comfortable sectional perfect for watching a movie. Enjoy your extra living room window, available in Home 8, allowing more natural light and views of the pool, hot tub, grilling area, and activity courts.​



The open living, dining, and well-equipped kitchen area contains all the utensils, appliances, and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. New additions include an air fryer, a griddle for those big breakfasts, a dual-function Keurig coffee maker, and an outdoor grilling utensil kit. Dine together at the table for 6 or keep it casual at one of the 4 bar stools. A full-size washer/dryer is tucked away in the kitchen pantry, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs.



At the day's end, head to one of the comfortable bedrooms, with nightstands conveniently equipped with USB chargers or the upgraded foam mattress sleeper sofa. Free 5G high-speed internet rounds out your home's essentials and is great for remote work and streaming.



You and your guests will enjoy residing within a gated community with 24-hour security on-site, as well as access to resort amenities, including a shared pool and hot tub, grilling area (gas and charcoal grills), fitness room, and easy, private beach access. You'll also be near grocery stores, dining options, and an outlet mall for additional fun and necessities during your stay.

    Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.

    Beach service is available seasonally and is included with your reservation as a complementary set of two chairs and one umbrella. When in season, please see a beach attendant for more information. The season currently runs from March 1-October 31st.

Enjoyable vacation!

We really enjoyed our visit. The room was perfect. The pool and hot tub though were being worked on and could not be used, which was a little disappointing. We did have access and used the heated pool which was nice..overall a great stay!

The property was great and the unit was exactly as advertised. The only issue is you need to know that you need to bring everything in. There was no dishwasher liquid, limited toilet paper , hand soap and paper towels. There is a Winn Dixie near by so get everything you think you will need.

Great location…Enjoyed our stay!

Mainsail is located in a great place that is close to everything (shopping/restaurants/etc…) The property was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and attentive. They had someone on site within minutes after my husband dropped his keys down the trash chute as we were checking out! Lol! Our condo was super nice and looked exactly as it did in the pictures. Will definitely recommend and stay again!

Wonderful vacation!

We had an amazing week in Miramar Beach at this vacation property. The location is perfect, close to more of the 'touristy' things, but not right in the middle of it. The beach is beautiful and it was so easy to access from this unit. The two bedrooms with sleeper sofa was great for our family of 5 - we had plenty of space. Nice, large pool that we used each day after the beach. Beautiful balcony that we could see the beach/ocean as well. The unit was clean, laid out perfectly, and had anything you could need. Would definitely love to return!!

This is a beautiful unit. Extremely clean. Location of the unit within the complex is a plus… middle of the buildings, easy access to elevator, close to pool, wonderful balcony view. Only complaint… sheets were too small for the beds. Should we return to this area and need a 2 bedroom unit this will be the one.

Gorgeous beach home away from home

This condo was everything advertised and more! Gorgeous bedrooms and bathrooms, up to date appliances, no mismatched dishes and random kitchen items. It was a great home away from home for our week there. Our only problems was not being able to connect to the internet for a couple of days. I guess something had come unplugged. But it all got taken care of. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella set up that was included in our rental.

Great time!!

Hi! Thank you so much-we loved the stay! I did reach out regarding the cleanliness. There was hair in the shower drain. My husband was the first to get in and he’s bald. I didn’t make a big deal about it but just wanted to be sure to let you know. The place was gorgeous and the perfect location! We did miss having a throw blanket for the couch but obviously not a big deal. Kids enjoyed it too! Thanks again-highly recommend!
