The Space:

This condo is your ticket to Miramar Beach, situated just across the street from the famed sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast. Located in the brand-new Alerio complex, enjoy onsite amenities, including a sparkling pool, hot tub, and shared charcoal grill. With the provided beach chairs and umbrella, as well as seasonal beach service, you can enjoy your time out on the sand with ease. The convenient location is close to top shopping areas and professional-grade golf courses, like Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, Seascape Golf Course, and Emerald Bay Golf Club. Walk to a selection of nearby eateries.



After a day out and about, enjoy Gulf breezes from your private balcony. The interior is decorated in a cheery, coastal motif, creating a serene atmosphere. The living room boasts 10-foot ceilings and plush furnishings, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and stream or watch cable on the smart TV. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances make home cooking a breeze - leave the cleanup for the dishwasher. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar while full meals can be enjoyed in the dining space. Use the free WiFi to share moments with loved ones back home.

Great vacation home, terrible customer service from vacasa

So, this one can be booked through VRBO, but the final payment and management of the reservation are through vacasa. VRBO only made the booking and took the deposit. House was great. It was quiet, clean, close to everything, well appointed and comfy. No complaints on it. It was supposed to come with 6 Beach chairs in the house and 2 umbrellas as well as Beach service that includes 2 chairs and an umbrella. When we got to the house they had sent us the wrong door code and the customer service rep acted like we were imbeciles because it would not unlock the door. Once she reset the code it worked just fine. Once inside the house we explored looking for the chairs and umbrellas noting that 1 chair was missing and 1 broken with 1 broken umbrella as well. No big deal, we have Beach service. We get to the beach the next morning and go to get the beach service amenities and they wouldn't give them to us because the season pass was in the owners name and no one told them they had guests that could use it. The beach service fellow was nice and he told me that sometimes these agencies like to say Beach service included when it really isn't. I contacted customer service again and they told me "give me a moment to look into this" and NEVER responded back after that. So 7 people 4 Beach chairs. And add to it the cost of renting the chairs at 45 bucks a day for 2 chairs and an umbrella. I would book the place again, but just be aware that included Beach service is not always included.
