Admire floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf of Mexico from this beautifully located condo in the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort in Miramar Beach! This corner property offers a private balcony where you can read the newspaper in the breeze each morning, easy walking access to the white sand beach, and resort amenities such as a pool, a hot tub, tennis courts, and on-site golf. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig, toaster, microwave, stove, and other essentials—everything you need to cook a full meal and have morning coffee. Spacious and thoughtfully decorated, this condo will make your guests feel right at home.



WHAT’S NEARBY

This gulf view condo is part of the Luau Condos at Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, so you'll be close to a wide variety of attractions in Miramar Beach. The Gulf's white sand beaches are just a short walk away. And after a day spent on the beach, you can cool off at the Luau's pool, relax in a poolside lounge chair beneath an umbrella, or explore the other beachside and bayside amenities available at the resort. You'll also be close to the ever-popular Village at Baytowne Wharf with its restaurants, nightlife, shops, and outstanding kids' activities.

A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and stops at several locations around the resort. There is an app you can download to track the tram as well.

Convenient property and like the entire resort. Mattress needs to be replaced, has dips on both sides and very lumpy. Bathroom could use more robe/towel hooks for towels and bathing suits to dry. Overall a good place.

Quick get away

The location of the resort was great., only a few minutes walk to the beach. Loved the view from the balcony, its a great location for a quick getaway of a vacation week. The room was clean, the bathroom floor was a bit grease and slippery. But overall it was a great little location. Looking forward booking in the future.

Just as expected

The view of the beach is the best part of this property! It was everything we expected. I will recommend that maybe this room be updated and either the carpet is cleaned or pulled up completely and changed to hardwood. There is an old smell that hits you when you hit the door. Other than that, it was great!
