Convenient first floor, access code was easy, good instructions on parking, convenient to nice pool, having the two king beds was a key need for the two families. Host provided instructions are clear and useful. 3 TV's so folks can chose what they want to watch during football season.

Paul is an outstanding host and one of the best units in the Luau. 1st floor corner unit with easy access to parking deck and elevators. The pool and hot tub area is very nice. A short walk to the beach. A great vacation spot!!

Family vacation

We stayed for a week in June. The property was just as described. It was a quick walk to the beach and very close to everything we needed. It was very clean and had plenty of room for our family. We would love to come back in the future!

The Luau is a great place to stay. Easy walk to the beach. Safe, family environment. Can’t wait to come back to the beach next year. Will stay at the Luau again.

Absolutely Perfect

My family and I have been going to the Fort Walton-Destin area for 30 years and Paul was the most accommodating Host I have ever had. It was like renting from a friend. Everything listed is spot on. Unit has plenty of room, fully furnished kitchen even had spices and it’s literally 2 units with beds as comfortable as your own which is hard to find, beautiful beach and water. Room is steps from grill, fitness center and pool. Great area with close proximity to Publix, Walmart, Doughnut Hole and one of our favorites Ocean Club Restaurant (early bird special @ 5:00 pm. Don’t miss this very affordable unit, you won’t regret it!

The location of the condo was great! Short walk to the beach and the pool was awesome. The condo was very spacious and is located on the first floor which was very convenient. Will definitely be back!

I'm a Louisiana Native and LSU fan! My family and I love to come visit this beautiful coastline during the summer and throughout the year. Great get away to have. I'm very happy and blessed to have this Luau unit.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Convenience is the key word here. park within steps of the unit (it's on the first floor) and when you are ready to bar-b-que its' right off of your patio area. This is a newly totally redone Bar-B-que area with a Pagoda. Also the pool will take about a 30-40 second walk down the hall, out the door and about 40 steps over to the Waterfall pool area! This is also rented together with 2 separate units with front doors to each unit and sharing a foyer when coming into the unit. The work out facility is literally about 25 ft down the hall from your front door! no excuses!!
