The Space:

Experience a truly unforgettable escapade in Navarre, a beach paradise also known as Florida's Playground, at this two-story townhome! Light blue walls and decor will surely help you remember how close you are to the beach. The main level offers an ample open floor plan, perfect for family gatherings. The living room provides a great place to unwind after an entertaining day at the beach with a comfortable sofa and armchair with a footstool, a ceiling fan, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable, and direct access to a spacious balcony with an outdoor dining area for two.



Back inside, you'll find a dining table that seats four and a fully-equipped kitchen with modern, stainless steel appliances that include a French door fridge, dishwasher, and a coffee maker! The breakfast bar offers two spaces for a quick breakfast or snack on the go. Off the kitchen is the other balcony where you'll find two rocking chairs and a gas grill. There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower on this level as well.



The staircase will take you to the second level where you'll find two more bedrooms and another full bathroom. The main bedroom features a ceiling fan, a flatscreen TV, a private balcony, and a spacious closet. Down the hall are the stackable washer/dryer and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, if you book this charming coastal retreat, you'll be granted access to a community outdoor HEATED pool.

The sugary white sand beaches and teal green waters are just 0.1 of a mile away from your door–that's roughly a two-minute walk! There are several dining options within walking distance, including Broussard's of Navarre Beach, Windjammers on the Pier, and Juana's Pagodas. Navarre Beach Beach Pier, Florida's longest pier at 1,545 feet, is 0.3 of a mile away from you. It's the ideal place for anglers to drop their lines in. Navarre Beach Park is perfect for stand-up paddleboarding or kayaking, as the area offers eight public access points and 15 picnic pavilions.

Great location

Very clean condo. Location was great. Neighbors were quiet. Wished they had measuring cup, salt/pepper shakers and a blow dryer. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Will return for future getaways.😊

Very clean. Nicely decorated. Fully furnished. Could easily accommodate 8 people as two couches in living room have pull out beds that are actually comfortable. Both bathrooms are showers only so not toddler friendly. Seventeen steps to get inside and 17 more stairs to get to the bedrooms, so that could be an issue for some folks. Not actually on’ the beach-across the street and about 2:4 mile down.

We enjoyed our stay but a few inconveniences that bothered me. We take a trip every October to the gulf coast and I always look for a heated pool because the water temps have cooled by now. The pool by no means is heated. It was like an Ice bath. If I had known that I would have selected a different location. The listing also says you have two parking spots. However, the owner keeps their car parked there which limited us to one parking spot. I did verify this with a neighbor that lives there. Honestly I had to call when we got there because we didn't know if we were in the right spot because of the car in the drive. Finally we had to walk about a quarter mile or more to the beach. So it is not just steps from the beach. That is an issue for us as my husband has had reconstructive surgery on his foot and walking much causes him a significant amount of pain. I would like more transparency in listing. The townhome is nice and spacious otherwise

Easy Peasy Process

the process of check in and check out is top notch!! The listing is exactly how it is pictured and described. There is plenty of room in the townhouse to spread out and have personal space yet it is cozy enough to have all the guests together. Having 2 balconies was a bonus. The negative aspects were that the 2nd bedroom (not the master) had a broken box spring so the bed was not comfortable at all and the ceiling fan was not weighted correctly so it wobbled and made a lot of noise.

Perfect weekend getaway

My husband and I stayed 4 nights at Sandcastle 18. This townhome is exactly as pictured and in a very convenient location on Navarre Beach. Close to the beach, walking distance to three restaurants and gas station close by for any last minute needs. The view of the water tower is not ideal but we knew that when we booked. There are NO EXTRAS in the kitchen at this townhouse so prepare to bring all seasonings if cooking during your stay. We previously stayed at a VRBO in Nashville and there were a lot of kitchen items that people left behind (seasonings, sealed food that didn’t get used) as a pay it forward to future guests but I think that’s probably not the norm. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 garbage bags and 1 roll of paper towels provided which were enough for the two of us but a larger group may require more. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom which I wasn’t expecting. Overall a very nice stay!
