This spectacular, 550 sq. ft., top-floor corner condo is located mere steps away from the Gulf of Mexico and its sparkling emerald waters and soft sands. The private, gated beach access is directly across the street - book today and get ready to experience the beach-cation of a lifetime. Enjoy being within five miles of wonderful attractions including the Emerald Bay Golf Club, Henderson Beach State Park, The Track - Destin, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and endless dining options. Delight yourself with fantastic family-friendly community amenities, including two sparkling pools, and coin-operated laundry facilities (they also take credit cards).



This wonderful retreat has a nice, inviting balcony with a convenient table and offers great views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. The interior is as cozy as it looks with a well-appointed living room with a large TV, a cute dining table, and a sparkling fully-equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances to prepare everything that comes to mind! The primary bedroom has its own TV and the bathroom offers a nice shower/tub combo.

The location is amazing and the room was clean. The provided paper towels and toilet paper could be a little higher quality. But other than that, it’s a great place to stay and it’s very close to the beach.

Cozy with a view

3rd floor- stairs only. Didn’t bother us! Clean, comfortable- has everything you need. Short walk to private beach area with beautiful white sand and crystal clear water. Our second time staying at this group of condos and would recommend! Perfect for a couple.
