Overall a great stay. need to be cleaned better.

Overall a great stay. So think the following need to be cleaned better. Master shower had mildew in it. Washer had mildew on the seal. The cable box in the bedroom didn’t work so couldn’t watch it. Enjoyed the DVR in the living room. There was no tub drain but maintenance brought one thankfully. Plenty of towels. Rug is master is very stained. Would replace soon. Several recessed light bulbs were out. Would stay there again.

Great location, view and value...just needed a deep clean

We loved the proximity to the beach and the views from the condo. It is literally only steps from the white sand and water. The location in Sunnyside is quiet without the craziness of PCB proper. We loved it. The furnishing and rugs were pretty and netural/white. While probably high end, they were worn/stained from rental use. The unit was surface clean but the it needed a deep cleaning. There wasn't even a shower liner in the master bath and the unit was missing paper towels and garbage bags. I would not hesitate to stay again if the condo underwent a deep cleaning. Thanks!

Not the best

This property needs a good cleaning. We have stayed at latitude before but this property was not great. Yes the beaches are beautiful and I love being able to walk out directly on the water. The rug in the bedroom was filthy not just sand but really gross and dirty. The couch was the same grimy. Only one eye on the stove worked. The curtains in the living room would not completely close leaving a huge gap at the top. It’s a pain to get in touch with anyone bc iit goes thru Vacasa but that is not a local company or easy to get in touch with. Make sure you get a local contact number otherwise it may be hours and hours before you hear back. Such was the case with us not receiving a parking pass. I don’t like not being able to lock the sliding glass door when going to the beach - while yes convenient but for safety reasons we need to have a locking system.
