If you had the chance to vacation feet from the pristine beaches of the Emerald Coast, what would you do? Take it, of course! Well, here is your chance. Located on the edge of the Gulf Coast shore in Panama City Beach, Shoreline Villas 7 is a vacation townhome with two bedrooms and two and a half baths. It can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.

You will instantly relax as soon as you step into this intimate vacation rental. The sunny living room leads directly to a beachfront balcony, where you can put your feet up, watch the waves splash the shore, feel the ocean breezes, and sip your favorite drink. Back inside, the living room includes a couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat, and accent chair centered around a TV. The nearby dining table with four chairs is the perfect spot for a light beach breakfast or lunch. The updated kitchen features all of the supplies you need to make a tropical feast.

The master suite boasts a king-size bed, full en-suite bath, and a private Gulf-front balcony. A romantic evening on the balcony watching a beach sunset with your honey is time well spent! The double guest quarters are connected, and share a full bath. One guest room includes a queen-size bed while the other features two twin beds, great for the kids.

Staying at Shoreline Villas has additional benefits. With its convenient location, this rental is nearby great shops, restaurants, bars, wine outlets, bistros, and boutiques in both Panama City Beach and Scenic 30A. Pier Park is also located a short distance away. As a huge tourist destination, Pier Park provides vacationers with access to a variety of beach amusements, shopping venues, and a large movie theater. Guests can also take a stroll on one of the longest piers in the Gulf of Mexico. Hint: it makes for some spectacular views! Now is the time to take a chance and experience the vacation of a lifetime.

Great place for a vacation

Fantastic place!

The West end of PCB is our favorite place to stay to miss all the crowds, but rentals down there aren’t always updated. This property was fantastic, updated well, and so convenient. The only complaint we had was the lack of comfortable porch furniture on the two private decks - add that and the condo would be perfection!

Shortest walk to beach in area

Great spot. All good but needs interior paint to freshen it all up 2 great decks right on beach. We will be back.

Overall fairly nice place.

Location was great. Nice and quite, but a short trip to Panama City Beach and Pier Park. Just what I was looking for. The decking needs to be replaced. Boards loose and sticking up. Bathroom doors would not lock. No pans to fry in. Being from the south got to have that. To their credit. Notified them of the issues and they came right out and repaired the deck and brought frying pans. Door knobs not fixed. Overall great experience. Inside was really nice. I would go back.

Cable & WiFi didn’t work. Tech came out and was able to fix cable but not WiFi. However, cable downstairs kept freezing. No cable in 2nd bedroom upstairs. Sliding glass door on main floor needs to be replaced. It was very difficult to open and close. Other than those few inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again

No TV or internet!

I arrived on Saturday evening and discovered I did not have TV connection due to No Internet. Made management aware that evening but was not resolved until that Monday at 1pm. Made them aware that my daughter needed internet for online classes and my husband needed it to work. They suggested Starbucks until it was fixed. This is not what I had paid for when booking because it was advertised to have TV and internet. The property management should have made sure this was working before I checked in. I had to wait for Cable company myself that Monday to have them fix the problem when management should have been there to handle it. Had to make several calls to get them to come out. Thought maybe I should at least have received some kind of compensation. But No!

In need of cleaning.

The condo is a good size condo even though a bit dated, however the furniture is nice enough. Liked that we could park under the condo to keep the heat out of the car. The guest bathtub has permanent stains as the glaze has worn off and it had white tape to cover the crack which is off putting. There were several things in need of repair and roaches, however taken care of when we called. The bed in the guest bedroom had a lot of sand in the sheets and the floor still has garment tags in the corner from previous guest. The floor had not been dusted in weeks, probably more than a month; it was nasty. They offered to send somebody to clean, however we had already taken care of this being we called the day after we arrived. Our neighbors has the same problem, sand in one bed, hair in the other and had to vacuum. Not sure if this is common practice to not clean sheet the beds or vacuum or just a lazy employee; either way gross! There was no offer to refund the cleaning fee which I thought was rude being we had to do part of the cleaning ourselves. The beach, of course was wonderful and it was a plus that we could wash off and leave our stuff under the condo. Having the trash can at the condo vs having to take the garbage to the dumpster was great.

Perfect place!

We absolutely loved our stay! The views from both decks were awesome! The first few days we went through our first tropical storm but those waves were amazing! The managers made sure to keep us updated through the whole thing to keep us safe. Convenient shower in the carport below for a quick rinse off before going upstairs. Very sparkling clean, lots of room for 8 people, tons of cookware, and perfect location with two grocery stores two blocks away!! We loved this place and will be back next year!!

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved staying here! It was easy to check in and out. Everyone had their own bed to sleep in. Being steps from the beach, the littles could play on the sand while we pulled our chairs behind them with coffee in hand first thing in the morning. Home was well stocked with fresh clean towels. Basics/starter sets are provided For the necessities. We will definitely love to go back!!

Great location

Great location on the beach, dishwasher was broken and there was power issues but maintenance was called and arrived within 24 hours. House was clean and beds were comfortable!

Beautiful location

Great location for quiet day in the beach Location convenient to everything , yet not in the busy area of PCB. This unit looks like it has had some updates and was clean. There were plenty of towels. The A/C works great. No sand on the floor got an A+ from me right away. But there are definitely some interior things that still need a little attention and/or updating. The pots, pans and toaster could be replaced. The ceiling was peeling in some places and the hall shower door would not stay on its track. The sliding doors upstairs were so cloudy that you really could not enjoy the view. There were a few other things that need attention but none of this detracted from a beautiful week in Florida. We had a wonderful time and nothing i mentioned was so bad that I would complain. I just feel if someone took the time to look at this unit through the eyes of a renter, they would have put more effort into making complete updates instead of just patching things or touching up here and there. Even just asking housekeeping to clean the dust off the ceiling fans upstairs would be nice. We would definitely stay in these townhomes again but maybe not this unit. PCB has the most beautiful beaches and we love vacationing here.
