The house is spread over two floors and decorated in beautiful, light colors. The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen with ample storage and a pantry. An open-plan space connects the living room, which overlooks the terrace, the dining area, and a small reading nook overlooking the pool and veranda, which has a table for al fresco dining. Beyond this lies the lovely pool. A second area offers a sofa, a dining table, and access to the garden. Also on the ground floor are a utility room and a guest toilet. The first floor comprises three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed with sea views, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and access to a private terrace with stunning sea views.
