The Space:

This immaculate two-story home is the perfect place to relax while you take in everything Panama City has to offer. You're going to love the master bedroom balcony and the spacious deck when you want to finish that stack of novels or enjoy an evening wine. Spread out in the open-concept living area to host a movie marathon with the large flatscreen TV and DVD player, and don't forget to microwave lots of popcorn in the gleaming, fully-equipped kitchen. Grill up some burgers to enjoy over the diner-style dining room table then head out for an evening of fun in beautiful Panama City.



Explore all the great activities of Panama City Beach! Race along the coastline on a roaring set of jet skis rented from Emerald Surf Water Sports, or take a leisurely ride down the sand on bikes from Peddlers 30A, both just three miles away. Nine miles away, you'll find LD Surf Shop, where you can find all the stuff you need for a fantastic day of tube surfing. If you want to check out some local cuisine, try Sunnyside Grill or Bubba's Pizza, or get in some freshly caught seafood at The Terrace Restaurant - it's all just two miles away.

Great trip !

This house was perfect for our family. Location is great - just a short walk to the beach and we could see the tennis courts from the porch. Everything was clean and property management communicated really well. We would stay here again for sure!

Great place for families

This beach house was in great condition with all the amenities that we needed. I just wish that we were given more dishwashing detergent and garbage bags for our stay!

Perfect house in a great place.

Everything was perfect for our stay. The only complaint we have is that we would have liked a heads up on the road work that was going on outside of the house.

This experience was much better than our last visit here. The front office was very friendly and polite. We arrived prior to the close of the office and everything was ready for us . Love the whole atmosphere of Carillon Beach!!

Perfect Vacation

My family and I stayed here for a week. The house is more beautiful than the pictures show and it's also much bigger than the pictures look. The beaches of Carillon are absolutely so beautiful!! You can walk, ride bikes or rent a golf cart to get you to the beach or around the beautiful neighborhood...we did all 3. My family highly recommends this house, we will be back.

Palmetto Retreat was a Treat

I loved everything about Palmetto Retreat...the only thing I'd like to share is that it states that it sleeps 6. It was the perfect size for myself and my 2 younger children. I'm not 100% sure a total of 6 people would be comfortable there for the week...but, its great for a small family that wants easy beach access and an adorable, comfortable place to stay!

Great little getaway place! Perfect location, right across from beach walkover. House was clean, beds comfortable! Wish there had been a coffee table in front of sofa for a place to put drinks! Only other issue was there were no hangars in the closets.

Great house, great location, great neighborhood!

This is a great house with good amenities except for kitchen supplies. There wasn’t enough silverware for our large group, and pots, pans, serving dishes and utensils were scarce. Nonetheless, We love the community and our vacation was fabulous. The people at ResortQuest are extremely hospitable! The beach chair service was an added bonus. We will definitely return!

Location vs luxury

Location and proximity to beach and pool/tennis courts was great. We went with several other families who all stayed in the “tall and skinnies” so it was nice to all be together where the kids could house hop and all be close. The house itself could use a facelift or fresh coat of paint at the least. It was clean enough and perfect for the few days we were there, but I think I’d want something with a little newer and more appointed kitchen if we were staying for a week or more. Overall, for the price, I’d definitely rent it again!

Girls Trip to Six, If By Sea

Overall a very good experience. We did have a little trouble with the front door lock and beach service at first but it got all worked out. The house is very spacious and our 8 had plenty of room. Wished there had been two AC units as the ground floor froze to keep those upstairs cool. A little bit of a walk to the beach but a good overall location to pool, lawn area and market place. Thanks for a great time!

Great location steps from the walkover!

My family of 4 which includes my wife and 2 kids (4yo & 1yo) enjoyed this property. It was just big enough to house us for 6 nights. The spiral staircase is really aesthetically pleasing, but not too practical hauling a week's worth of luggage and a bedtime "pack & play" unit for our 1yo. However, I would not call it an inconvenience. Just tricky. Our 6 night stay in mid-July was less than $3,000, but literally just 30 or 40 paces from one of the walkovers. This made our trip much more affordable for us compared to the homes that actually sit on the beach that were going for $6,000 to $8,000 for the same time period. We love staying in the Carillon community and this stay was no different. - Robb

Review of Sunnyside

This was our 6th year in a row going to Carillon Beach and we love the area. The house however, unfortunately, wasn't the cleanest and had plenty of internal and external aesthetic and functional challenges. Outside the landscaping looked like it had not been maintained for years. Exterior landscaping lights were all broken and pieces sticking up out of the landscaping. There was broken glass in the driveway and cigarette butts laying all around. The outside patio was absolutely filthy where we had to reclean both the 2nd story and 1st story outside patios just to sit. Interior was pretty beat up. Microwave interior plate was broken and cut my oldest daughters finger. Multiple ding and chips on the walls. 2 towel racks were out of the wall upon arrival. Upstairs master bathroom lights flickered on and off working sometimes and other times not. We will always come back to the Carillon however we will not stay in that location again.

Close walk to the beach but a warm sleep

The master tv half of the screen was out so you couldn't watch anything. The downstairs main bedroom tv didn't work at all, so why not remove it so my husband didn't spend hours trying to fix it? None of the batteries in any remotes worked except the main level tv, it was a shuffle every time to even get anything turned on. If you wanted to cook you couldn't because all that was provided was a small egg pan and a pot. The listening said a fully stocked kitchen, this was not the case. If you plan on cooking any meals this is not the unit for you or bring your own cookware. Not even salt and pepper. The master bathroom had no vent fan so you were so hot after a shower you had to go downstairs to blow dry your hair and finish getting ready. The extra air in the master didn't seem to be working? We used an app on our phone for the temperature to read 79 degrees just up there. Sleeping was so hot up there. Positive: all the beds were comfortable and The Liberte is walking distance to the beach.
