Carillon is located between 30A and Panama City Beach. Around the corner is 30A near Rosemary and Alys Beach. The Castaway Condo in Carillon Beach is the perfect place for anyone looking for endless options at their fingertips.
This unit is a 2minute walk to the beach has 4 shared pools (2 heated) and one beachside, a playground, basketball court, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and a lake along with 7 beautiful beach walkovers. Castaway overlooks the fountain and the quaint township of Carillon which offers unique shopping, dining, yoga/Pilates and spa experiences.

This condo has 1 large bedroom with a King-sized bed.
There is also a queen pull-out sofa bed in the downstairs living area. This unit also has a large private balcony with seating and outside dining area that is perfect for morning coffee or a sunset cocktail, it overlooks the village green and charming downtown Carillon fountain and town center.

Carillon Beach is an exclusive gated community located on the coveted west end of Panama City Beach and a 5-minute drive from the many beaches along 30a. Carillon Beach boasts 1 mile of private beachfront with eight neighborhood beach walkovers one of which is located at the beach club pool. This is the perfect place to watch the splendid sunset light up the sky, sip on an evening beverage while enjoying a perfect end to a perfect day!

Other seasonal on-site offerings include golf cart and bike rentals, beach chairs and water sport activities to enjoy the gulf and surrounding neighborhood. We can not wait to host you at our little village by the sea,

Great stay!

Overall, we had a great stay for a parents getaway. The condo was clean, great location, and exactly as pictured. We ran into a couple minor issues, and the host assisted with resolving them right away. She was extremely responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo in wonderful location!

We had the best week at Carillon staying in Castaway! Janet was amazing and had great communication. The condo was very nice and we absolutely loved the location. The walk to the beach was short in such a peaceful neighborhood. The provided wagon and chairs were a great bonus. There are also great shops and food right below the condo. We were so sad to leave and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing unit! We went for a girls weekend and had the BEST time! Everything far exceeded our expectations and Janet could not have been more helpful and thorough with everything! Close to everything and the beach was secluded as mentioned in description. Cannot wait to stay at Castaway again soon!

Perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

Went here for a girls trip and absolutely loved it! There were four of us and it was the perfect space for us. We didn’t have a car so this was a great spot for convenience - everything we needed was close! We could listen to live music on the balcony and enjoyed checking out the pizza place and coffee shop. Janet was so helpful with recommendations, quick responses, and anything we needed. She’s the best! Access to different pools was a great perk and the beach is beautiful. Will definitely be back!

This was an idealplace to stay. Huge balcony with comfortable seating. New beach chairs and umbrella. Lovely community with amenities. The beach was so close. I want to come back!!

Great experience

The property is super cute and kept very clean! It is in a prime area - safe, close to the beach, close lots of shops and restaurants, and close to grocery stores. They were great at communicating with me and very reachable if there were any questions. I would recommend this area to anybody and especially this condo! I will definitely be returning in the future!

Great Stay in Carillon

This is a great condo for a couple or solo traveler, the listing looks and is described exactly how it is in person. The owners are very communicative and there are ample starter supplies for “the essentials”. Strap on the beach chairs, walk 5 minutes through the beautiful Carillon neighborhood, and you are on the beach in no time. The 3 community pools were nice and the condo is located just above a pizza restaurant with full bar, two morning coffee options, as well as a little general store for souvenirs or grocery items.

Everything you want and more

I’ll start off by saying that communication with the owner was not only efficient by an unexpected plus. The condo is exactly what you would want for a family of 4. This was our 6th visit to Carillon in the past 3 years and this unit was the best condo we have stayed in. The balcony was awesome and for once the bed and TV’s were great. I would book this place again in a heartbeat. Thanks for the awesome Spring Break

Wonderful Location!

Great location! Great coffee place just a few steps away; beautiful gated neighborhood; gorgeous uncrowded beaches; wonderful playground and pools. We had a wonderful stay and the hosts were excellent. Very clean and well appointed.

It was perfect! We were there for a wedding which was on the property. The condo is so nice. We loved the pool looking over the ocean! We’ll be back!

Great stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The communication was incredible and quick responses. We felt that we had almost everything we needed and if we didn’t they were able to help accommodate what was needed to be replenished. We loved the cute condo and had an incredible vacation. Highly recommend staying!

Perfect getaway

Beautiful!!!

We enjoyed our stay so much at Castaway! It was so beautiful, centrally located to all things to do. And the below market was fabulous! We loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings and hitting the coffee shop down below for breakfast. It was a very short and pretty walk to the beach. We fell in love with Carillon on this trip! The beach chairs and umbrellas were great also!! Owners were so helpful and nice. We will definitely be back! 😊

Awesome Stay!

We loved our stay at Carillon and at the Castaway Condo! Sometimes it's the small things and this condo had them all covered for your stay. Whether it was the nice coffee bar setup, plenty of beach towels, Roku's on the TV, extra toilet paper or beach chairs. You felt like the owner wanted you to have a fun, stress-free trip. Well done...the extra touches were much appreciated and noticed.

Clean, Cute & Comfy

This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The condo has everything you need and felt like home. Furniture very comfortable and clean. Host was very easy to deal with, very responsive and gave easy and precise instructions for arrival. The condo is in a fantastic location and very quiet. Elevator was just steps away from parking which made for very easy unloading and loading. We will definitely book this condo again without hesitation.

Divine condo on the coast

This was our first stay in Carillon Beach. We happened upon this area by accident on Vrbo, and it is absolutely a hidden gem! Our condo was beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. Melanie was quick to respond to the questions I had before checking in. We were pleased to find that there was enough hand soap, dish soap and detergent, and laundry detergent to get us through the whole week! The only things I would suggest adding are a few extra bed blankets (the one downstairs is thin and my kids were a bit chilly), a wi-fi extender for the upstairs loft (the wi-fi really did not work well up there), and a floor lamp for the living room. The location was great - the condo is right above the pizza place, and the balcony provided a great view of the market street. We enjoyed eating on the balcony, watching the sunset. The condo is an easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach and pool. The whole community is so lovely and well-designed. We hope to come back again! Thank you!

Great stay

We loved our stay at Castaway. Mitch & Melanie could not have been a better host. They communicated everything very well and even sent me extra details on getting into the condo since we would be getting in late. We have stayed in Carillon for several years now, but this was our first stay in a condo. It is conveniently located above a few restaurants and stores and is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and all the different pools. We have 3 small kids, and although the condo was a little tight for 5 of us, we made it work. They provided all the essentials we needed for the whole trip (paper towels, toilet paper, etc). They also had beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and a wagon which was amazing and saved us $350 for the week if we rented them down there. There was one item I needed for the kitchen and I reached out to Melanie and she had me one by the next morning. If you are looking for an amazing neighborhood and easy place to stay, you have found it here.

Fabulous location

I love staying in Carillon because it is located on the outskirts of PCB away from noise, crowd, and traffic. Here is a list of pro's and con's of this condo: Pros: - 3 minute walk to beach - Access to beautiful swimming pools - 2 minute walk to pickleball courts - 10 minute drive to 4 more pickleball courts behind Dune Lakes Elementary - Pizza/bar just downstairs on 1st floor - Coffee around the corner - Publix & Winn Dixie 1 minute drive away - Bedroom is huge with comfortable mattress and bedding - Kitchen has all the dishes/pans/utensils needed to prepare meals -5 minute drive to downtown Rosemary Beach with a great farmer's market every Sunday morning -Condo is on the top floor, so there is nobody above you making noise. - Nice large patio to relax on and enjoy the fountain. Cons - Living room and kitchen a little small, especially if more than 2 people - Closet in bedroom could use more hangers for longer term renters (I stayed a month) - Would have liked to have a laundry basket - No bedroom door as the bedroom is at the top of the landing. - Bad odor present frequently in the parking lot, but did not affect the condo. - Bedroom windows could use some type of black out covering if you light bothers your sleep. Overall this condo is a superb value in an unbeatable location!

Top notch customer service!

My husband and young son stayed and the condo was great - very clean, they were generous with all the start up items (paper towels, TP, soaps, etc.) which is a small thing but makes a huge difference. They even provided beach towels which is great! The condo itself is cute and beachy. Everything is in good, well kept shape. The chairs, umbrella and wagon that were provided were convenient and nice - it slimmed down our packing for the drive down. The beach was lovely and clean and as promised, just a 5 minute walk from the condo. We came the first week of the "off season" and at times had the beach basically to ourselves. We visited 2 of the pools and those were clean and well-kept. We did encounter an issue toward the end of our stay - the AC went out in the whole building. Melanie was very responsive and worked with us on getting the technicians in. Ultimately, the team fixed the issue but the condo couldn't cool in time (to no fault of Melanie's) and we could stand another 80+ degree night. It was the night before we were scheduled to leave so Melanie worked with us on refunding the night so we could find a cooler place to stay. It was a bummer but Melanie made the situation easy and worked with us so graciously. We recommend this place and condo! Great for a beach getaway!
