The Space:

Located steps away from the Village of Baytowne Wharf, this colorful first-floor condo is close to many fabulous dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Visit the Baytowne Marina to enjoy the outdoors with YOLO boards, kayaks, wave runners, parasailing, and fishing charters. Romantic dinners can be enjoyed aboard the 125-foot three-deck Solaris yacht cruises. And pontoon rentals make for sunshine-filled days of adventure.



Back at your stay, find yourself lounging on the soft main living room sofas. From here, you can easily chat with the chef of your group as they prepare something delicious in the well-equipped kitchen. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table or alfresco on the private patio. When nightfall comes, tune into a good movie via one of the condo's two TVs, and snuggle up in the bed where a good night's rest is guaranteed - thanks to the retreat's central air-conditioning. For an extra layer of convenience, be sure to utilize the in-unit washer/dryer.



Outside, relish in the resort's shared access to a pool and a hot tub, for when you want to take a relaxing dip. As well as, three public golf courses, 15 tennis courts, two spas, a fitness room, and a grilling area.

It was a beautiful place and very comfortable. The only negative thing is the unit is right next to a delivery entrance which is very noisy. Starts very early and goes into the late evening. The bedroom is right on that wall and a lot of banging going on. It could use more containers for when you make food. Other than that we Loved Baytowne Wharf.

This was the absolute worst stay ever! They double booked the property. We had no where to stay (ending up having to pay for a hotel on top of the Vrbo cost). You couldn’t reach the property manager at all. In fact days later they still haven’t called. I would never book with this property group again. They are completely unprofessional.

Over the years we have stayed at several rentals and have enjoyed our time there. While this one-bedrooms unit offered access to both beach as well as Baytown Wharf Village, we were not pleased with the unit itself. The kitchen had shortcomings due to limited storage and proper cookware. There were several differed maintenance issues that apparently been there sometime. The worst of it was that it was very noisy due to the fact it was located right next to the utility garage which offered backup warning alarms and truck noises even in the middle of the night.

Photos of views aren’t from this condo. Nothing to look at except a few palm trees. We didn’t get our check in procedures until after we arrived and I was sending messages therefore we couldn’t even get through the gate. One night we were locked out of the parking garage and we stayed on hold over an hour before she finally sent me to the property manager of the resort who called right back and handled it. The condo itself needs some work…touchup paint, mold in the shower, 2 separate chests in bedroom are missing handles, the 2 drawers under sink in kitchen don’t close, and the bathroom door takes all you have to open or close it-it definitely needs some work.We did like the shopping and restaurant area attached to the unit.

Dream Condo

What an amazing experience! Condo was exactly as pictured! Very clean, updated condo, the bed was very comfortable, plenty of storage. It is in a great location for entertainment and restaurants. Already planning next year’s vacation!
