My husband and I were in town to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and we could not have been more pleased! This location had everything we needed! They even had provided tram passes we could use for beach access. We didn't have to drive the entire week if we didn't want to. The condo was super clean and a beautiful view of the inlet. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean, comfortable and very nice overall. We enjoyed the location as it is right next to Hotel Effie and the Baytown restaurants. The communication with the host was impeccable. The check in and parking instructions were perfect. He also sent a very complete list of restaurants for any time of day with descriptions and personal notes. We had a great stay. Information regarding entering the gate, parking, and accessing the room was given in a timely fashion. This was a great location and convenient to restaurants, shopping, and fireworks.

Parking in garage was easy and secure. The bar was not open at all. One of the hot tubs was out of order. The transit bus didn’t seem to be available. Maybe it was the timing of our visit. The access to Wharf village was easy and convenient. Beach access was as described. Unit was clean, quiet and comfortable.

First time stay at Sandestin Golf and Resort. Very nice accommodations for two. Excellent communications with manager. Complex very nice especially for families.

I agree the accommodations are ideal for a couple or a couple with small children but are not intended for a larger party or more adults and did try and discourage you when you wanted to bring 5 people. Great 1BR condo and location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice condo in Sandestin. It's a perfect location and the layout and furnishings were just right for us. Very convenient to the shops and restaurants at the Baytowne Wharf Village.

In 2016 we bought our first property on Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and now live there. We liked it so much, we bought the condo in 2019 as an investment property to allow others to enjoy this great resort.

It is in the heart of Sandestin, close to the Baytowne Wharf Village in a beautiful building. This unit has spectacular views of the bay and the pool as in the photos. It is decorated in high end coastal chic and has been updated with granite tops, stainless steel appliances and nickel finishes.
It is immaculately maintained.
