We have stayed in other units multiple times at Emerald Isle, but this is the first time in this unit. The master bed was very comfortable. I can’t speak to the beds in the secondary room since we didn’t use those. There are no comforters on the beds, but there is a basic thin blanket instead on top of the sheet. It was fine for us, but others may want something more on the beds. This is cosmetic, but a fresh coat of paint on the walls would go a long way to spruce up the unit a bit. We loved the rockers on the patio! Easy beach access, large balcony and covered parking are some of the reasons we have returned to Emerald Isle multiple times. Emerald Isle isn’t too big itself and it is also away from the overcrowded beach areas, which is a huge bonus! Communication from the management company was fantastic! Overall, great stay!
